After the implementation of ISM policy, the total weight decreased immediately and an increasing trend change was found ( β 2 = − 3719.05, p = 0.02; β 3 =250.13, p = 0.003).

Results The results showed a declining marriage (p = 0.05) and childbearing trend (p = 0.84), as well as an increasing trend in divorces (p = 0.02) in Yazd.

5 ): Escape Latency: + 10 Gz Group: Compared to the control group (N group: 8.60 ± 6.24 s), the escape latency was significantly prolonged after acceleration exposure (6 h: 99.96 ± 18.63 s; 24 h: 101.28 ± 17.33 s; 72 h: 111.88 ± 7.96 s; all P < 0.0001) and showed an increasing trend over time (6 h vs. 72 h, P = 0.02). 5-HTE + 10Gz Group: At the 6 h time point, the escape latency was significantly shorter than that of the + 10 Gz group (18.16 ± 2.71 s vs. 99.96 ± 18.63 s, P < 0.001), indicating that tryptophan supplementation improved spatial memory ability. 5-HTD + 10Gz Group (Fig. 6 ): At all time points (6/24/72 h), the rats failed to reach the platform (escape latency = 120 s), indicating that tryptophan depletion led to severe cognitive impairment.

As O-DMA concentrations increased, the FT3/FT4 ratio demonstrated a decreasing trend (Standardized β = − 0.003, P = 0.04), while TFQI exhibited an increasing trend (Standardized β = 0.019, P = 0.02).

Cognitive and Behavioral Outcomes Among the HBM subscales, perceived severity of sleep problems significantly decreased in the exploratory group, whereas it showed an increasing trend in the directive group, yielding a significant group × time interaction in the mixed-effects model ( β =0.467, 95% CI 0.078-0.855; P =.02; Welch Δ: g =0.808).

From November 2023, SCFA-producing genera showed an increasing trend ( p = 0.02; Fig. 1 B).
