Exploratory post-hoc pairwise comparisons revealed that the overweight BMI group had larger left CA1 volumes than the class 2/severity obesity group, with this contrast approaching significance, p = 0.12, FDR-corrected p s critical = 0.04. 4.

Compared to vehicle control conditions, OPN5-treated MDSC co-cultures seeded at 1:1/2 ratio demonstrated increased CD8+ T-cell proliferation (approaching significance, p = 0.12) ( Figure 2C ).

At 6 months, all pairwise comparisons were insignificant, with only the comparison of high versus low fidelity groups on adjusted KCSS scores approaching significance ( p = .12).

PD-L1mAb also increased ACE on lung monocytes, eosinophils, neutrophils, and CD19 cells at day 5 in trends approaching significance ( p ≤ 0.12).

Kaplan–Meier analysis and log rank testing showed differences in survival approaching significance ( P = 0.12, Fig. 5 d).

1 ), electrical activation of SSN yielded ChBF increases that were more velocity-driven (76.2% mean and 119.8% peak above baseline) than volume-driven (34.2% mean and peak 61.0% above baseline), with the mean and peak for the former significantly greater than baseline (mean: p = 0.0391; peak: p = 0.0365), but both only approaching significance for the latter (mean: p = 0.1213; peak: p = 0.05859) ( Fig. 2A ).

In the meantime, we found the group by time interaction approaching significance ( p = .124) for phonological awareness by the Chinese PA assessment (CTOPP), after excluding two monolingual participants who did not understand the rules.

While the category of MVC was not a significant risk factor for positive CTAP findings, pedestrian versus car was approaching significance (OR 2.35 [0.79-7.02], p = 0.126) (Table 4 ).

There was, however, a moderate effect approaching significance in their positive mood scores, t (27)=1.56, p=0 .131, d =0.58, and a significant effect of condition on participants’ high arousal mood scores, t (27)=2.13, p=0 .042, d =0.80, such that participants who read-aloud with a child were feeling somewhat more positive and more excited than those who simply read the same books aloud for the purpose of a recording.

Overall, reaction time worsened postseason in contact sport athletes, with the mean change in reaction time (contact: M = 0.06, SD = 0.19; low contact: M = 0.00, SD = 0.04) approaching significance [t(37.23)=1.54; p = 0.132; Figure 4] .

As observed in 'all patients' analysis, use of curative surgery, and of chemotherapy, decreased with increasing deprivation, but only approaching significance (OR: 0.86, p = 0.134, and OR: 0.88, p = 0.129, respectively).

The relationship began approaching significance between the second and third inflection points (1.24 to 2.91 ng/mL) [-0.238 (-0.555, 0.079); p = 0.134], ultimately achieving significance following the third inflection point (ln-transformed cotinine ≥ 2.91 ng/mL), with a significant decrease in ln-transformed RBC folate levels [-0.198 (-0.303, -0.093); p = 0.002].

A borderline association approaching significance was observed among individuals diagnosed with AF (OR = 1.06, 95% CI: 0.98–1.15, P = 0.1355), implying a possible variation in the impact of RCII on stroke severity depending on AF status; however, statistical significance was not achieved in either the non-AF ( P = 0.5005) or AF group ( P = 0.1355) (Fig. 1 a).

Both methods showed negative associations between CLIC5 and CP, with the weighted median method achieving statistical significance (beta = −0.1561, SE = 0.07822, P = .04593) and the weighted mode method approaching significance (beta = −0.1728, SE = 0.1096, P = .1389; Table 1 and Fig. 1 ). 3.5.

In a Kaplan Meier analysis weighted for confounders, the day 28 cumulative risk of the primary endpoint was considerably lower than that seen in the other groups with a log-rank test p -value approaching significance ( Figure 2 C, p = 0.14) in fully vaccinated.

Although the overall difference for group 2 was only approaching significance (p = 0.14) due to the presence of an outlying animal with increased SIV-DNA content, there was an average 0.5 log 10 reduction in Tfh SIV-DNA content between post and pre-FTY720 for the remaining four animals.

These effects were particularly strong when comparing safe trials [AV− and CS−; t (22) = 4.24, p < 0.0005], but also approaching significance when contrasting the aversive trials [AV+ and CS+; t (22) = 1.5, p = 0.14].

The difference between the accuracy of the models trained on the non-extracted 2D and 3D images was approaching significance (11.75 ± 8.26 vs. 8.271 ± 4.13%; p = 0.14).

None of the glucose metabolism-related parameters was significantly different between the VDD and VDS groups in the current study, but differences in levels of some of them—glu120, ins0, and HOMA IR—were approaching significance (respectively: p = 0.14; p = 0.19; p = 0.18).

While group differences were non-significant at 18 months, average bone strength increased 2.4% from baseline in the 18-mo HiProt group (0.09 ± 0.11kN), increased 1.0% in the 6-mo HiProt group (0.03 ± 0.11kN), but decreased −0.6% in the RecProt group (−0.02 ± 0.10kN), with the RecProt versus 18-mo HiProt group comparison approaching significance ( p = 0.14; Table 2 ).

A similar relationship was not seen for the Flow State Scale-2 administered after the EFA imagery condition; this flow measure was not significantly correlated with shooting performance although the trend was approaching significance ( p = 0.145).

Although there were no other differences approaching significance, there were slight trends (less than .20) for ER Visits (p=.146) and health distress (p=.116).

The only correlations approaching significance are for pain (ρ = 0.058, p = 0.147) and general health (ρ = 0.067, p = 0.097), which are still not significant, suggesting that BMI does not have a strong or meaningful impact on these aspects of health (Table 5 ).

The increases in 38% SSI in the milk group and 66% SSI in the egg group were slightly less than those in the gelatin group, approaching significance with p value of 0.081 (Dunnett’s adjusted p = 0.148) and 0.057 (Dunnett’s adjusted p = 0.106), respectively.

Due to the preliminary nature of this study, and to provide rich data for future studies to explore further, we report results for potentially noteworthy findings which are tests that achieved statistical significance ( p -value ≤ 0.05), and tests where the fold change was >1 or the p -value was approaching significance (0.05 < p -value < 0.15).
