Stratifying models on high/low offspring BW, paternal BW tended to be strongest as a predictor of offspring BW among heavier babies, with the relationship only approaching significance in the higher offspring BW stratum for male offspring ( Table 6 ).

The association of RQ with SP was approaching significance, with a P -value of 0.065.

As this effect was approaching significance, two separate cost parameters were therefore created for each private health insurance group and incorporated into the model.

While the East Asian population had a p-value approaching significance (=0.087), there were only four samples in this group, limiting the significance of this finding.
