Per 1 μmol/L increase in Indole-3-aldehyde (IAld) levels was associated with 1.91% ( P = 0.004) decrease in TC and 0.58% ( P = 0.019) increase in ABI, but 1.79% decrease in HDL-C with borderline significance ( P = 0.050).
However, when adjusting for covariates, none of the cohorts of interest were associated with having a statistically significant difference in ADL difficulty, although borderline significance was seen for having stage III/IV difficulty when comparing nAMD vs control (OR, 0.74; 95% CI, 0.54-1.00; P < .05) ( Figure 2 ).
For the secondary outcomes, there were significant reductions in fasting plasma glucose (−0.22 mmol/L; 95% CI: −0.39 to −0.04; p = 0.01; I 2 = 94%) and fasting insulin levels (−3.36 μIU/mL; 95% CI: −6.31 to −0.41; p = 0.03; I 2 = 97%), while a borderline significance in HOMA‐IR scores (−0.56; 95% CI: −1.12 to −0.01; p = 0.05; I 2 = 96%) but no significant differences in 2‐h OGTT or HbA 1 c measures.
Variables with statistical significance ( p < 0.05) or borderline significance ( p = 0.05–0.10) in univariable analysis were included in the multivariate models.
The effect of GBA1 mutations on survival persisted, albeit with borderline significance, even when the severe mutation carriers were excluded (HR = 1.830, P = 0.05), demonstrating an effect of all GBA1 mutations on survival.
Specifically, there were no differences in the occurrence of SGA and LGA, at birth, and no differences in weight, BMI, BMI z-scores or measures of adiposity (sum of four skinfold and/or BIA) at birth, 6-8 weeks or one year, except for birth length, which was lower in the intervention group compared to the usual-care group, but only in the adjusted analyses did it reach borderline significance levels (p=0.05). 3.3 Psychobehavioral outcomes In the overall offspring population, the mean Parenting Stress Index was 22.38, the mean night-time sleep duration was 639 minutes/night with a mean of 1.22 awakenings/night and 5% of mothers perceived their child’s sleep as “a very serious problem” ( Table 2 ).
The near vergence facility test demonstrated a borderline significance value ( OR = 0.95, P = 0.05).
PDAC patients with emotional issues demonstrated a lower abundance of Lactobacillus with borderline significance compared with those without emotional distress (median 0.03% vs. 0.01%, p < 0.05, Figure 4(c) ).
A meta-analysis confirmed that whey protein supplementation for at least four weeks reduced both waist circumference ( p = 0.03, I 2 : 77%, P heterogeneity : 0.00) and body fat mass ( p = 0.04, I 2 : 00.0%, P heterogeneity : 0.44) with statistical significance, followed by borderline significance in BMI decrement (statistically borderline significant ( p = 0.05, I 2 : 23%, P heterogeneity : 0.16)), while preserving lean body mass, since no statistically significant changes in lean body mass were observed between the pre-and post-intervention data.

After dividing the patients based on whether they were older than 50, the results showed borderline significance in older patients ( P =0.050).
In CMML, ASXL1 and TET2 mutations were associated with a trend toward better prognosis compared with wild-type (HR 0.21, p = 0.052; HR 0.25, p = 0.057, respectively), while U2AF1 mutations were associated with adverse prognosis in univariate analysis with borderline significance (HR 12.20, p = 0.050).
Mean vitamin A levels are reported to be lower in PwMS than in controls but with borderline significance ( P = 0.05) [ 114 ] .
However, there was a borderline significance increase in IDegAsp requirement for the whole group at the two-year follow-up ( p = 0.05).
