Given the borderline significance of our beta-diversity analysis ( p = 0.05), the viromes of SC and CC were further compared using LEfSe, a widely used tool for identification of differentially represented elements from microbiome data [ 60 ].
Male volunteers had a higher willingness to respond, but this difference had borderline significance ( P =.05).

Specifically, there were no differences in the occurrence of SGA and LGA, at birth, and no differences in weight, BMI, BMI z-scores or measures of adiposity (sum of four skinfold and/or BIA) at birth, 6-8 weeks or one year, except for birth length, which was lower in the intervention group compared to the usual-care group, but only in the adjusted analyses did it reach borderline significance levels (p=0.05). 3.3 Psychobehavioral outcomes In the overall offspring population, the mean Parenting Stress Index was 22.38, the mean night-time sleep duration was 639 minutes/night with a mean of 1.22 awakenings/night and 5% of mothers perceived their child’s sleep as “a very serious problem” ( Table 2 ).
Hepcidin levels were decreased after 12 weeks of roxadustat administration, with borderline significance in the entire cohort {140.2 ng/ml [interquartile range (IQR) 85.2–194.4] versus 110.5 ng/ml [IQR 46.1–167.1], P = .050} (Table 1 ).
Adjusted difference was significant for post-dialysis body weight ( P = 0.03), at borderline significance for albumin ( P = 0.05).
