Excluding TNM stage, lymphatic and perineural invasion were significant prognostic factors for DFS ( Table 4 ), with high CD68 infiltration showing borderline significance (P=0.052).

Despite the lack of association between genotypes and TC, LDL-C, and apo B, concentrations of HDL-C and apo A1 in the CC group in rs2283228 were lower at the borderline significance level compared with the other 2 groups ( P = 0.052 and 0.055, respectively).

The SOFA score demonstrated borderline significance in the multivariable analysis ( p = 0.052), whereas the APACHE II score was not identified as an independent predictor ( p = 0.405).

At borderline significance, patients taking anti-CD38 or BCMA-targeting agents at the 4 th dose were more likely to have negative T-cell IGRA (adjusted OR 3.2, 95% CI: 1.0-10.7, P =0.052).

Comparisons between ROC curves for the modified scores compared with their original values are summarised in Table 3 , and show a significant difference for the HEMORR 2 HAGES (p = 0.028) score with borderline significance for the modified ATRIA score (p = 0.052).

In separate models, FIB-4>1.3 was significantly associated with KDIGO 3–4 (OR 1.57, 95% CI 1.12 to 2.19; p=0.008), whereas BARD ≥2 demonstrated only borderline significance (OR 1.48, 95% CI 1.00 to 2.21; p=0.052).

When all other contributors were 0, the total hip BMD was 0.853 ± 0.402 g/cm 2 , with borderline significance ( p = 0.052).

The graft-to-recipient weight ratio was higher in the ABOi-H group than in the ABOc and ABOi-L groups with borderline significance (1.05 [0.73–1.32] vs. 0.98 [0.60–1.89] and 0.94 [0.70–1.94], p = 0.052). 3.2.

On multivariate analysis, KPS ≥80 (risk ratio [RR] 2.23; p = 0.012), HPV-positivity (RR 5.83; p = 0.020), T1-T2 (RR 1.38; p = 0.048), N0-N2a (RR 2.72; p = 0.005) and complete resection (RR 2.02; p = 0.049) were positively associated with OS; p65-negativity achieved borderline significance (RR 3.02; p = 0.052).

In multivariable logistic regression analyses adjusted for age, sex, body mass index, smoking status, education year, depot antipsychotic use, and treatment duration, the CALLY index remained independently associated with cognitive impairment (OR = 0.112, 95% CI: 0.013–0.943, p = 0.044), whereas the association for PNI was attenuated to borderline significance (OR = 0.895, 95% CI: 0.800–1.001, p = 0.052).

The tumor size had a borderline significance ( P = 0.052).

Histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage were significant in univariate analyses for both DFS and OS but did not remain independent predictors in multivariate models, although late-stage disease showed borderline significance for OS (HR = 2.01, 95% CI: 0.99–4.06, p = 0.052).

Physical activity at work predicted LGI among men with borderline significance only (OR = 1.22, CI = 1.00–1.49, p = 0.052).

Moreover, this study supports, with borderline significance, reduced postoperative bleeding after surgery, which was in FS 600 ml (450–800) vs. 460 ml (335–610); p = 0.052 [ 19 , 20 ].

This superiority persisted in the test cohort (n = 40), where the PM-TERR maintained strong statistical significance (HR = 6.20, 95% CI: 1.85-20.81, P = .003), while ESMO showed only borderline significance (HR = 4.50, 95% CI: 0.98-20.58, P = .052).

Age also remained relevant, with participants aged 30–49 showing significantly increased odds (OR = 2.59; 95% CI: 1.31–5.13; p = 0.006) and those aged 50 and older demonstrating borderline significance (OR = 2.21; 95% CI: 0.99–4.37; p = 0.052).

In contrast, HER2 amplifications and BRAF mutations were associated with KRAS wild type with borderline significance ( P = 0.052 and 0.094, respectively).

Although smoking demonstrated borderline significance ( P = .052), consistent with its known role in impairing wound healing, it did not remain a significant factor in the multivariate analysis. 27 , 28 This may reflect high baseline smoking prevalence (70.8%) in this cohort.

Although it is unlikely to design a RCT trial to compare IMRT with conventional radiation on impact of OS, given these encouraging results based on large data, IMRT could be recommended in routine practice in experienced center in postoperative LARC treatment, despite the borderline significance in univariate log-rank test (p=0.052).

The unadjusted six-week HIV testing primary outcome showed borderline significance (p = 0.052).

Statistical analysis revealed borderline significance (p = 0.052) for this association.

While significant risk reduction by 12% ( P = 0.029) in the incidence of any diabetes-related end point in the intensive treatment group was observed, nonfatal and fatal MI incidence was reduced by 16% with a borderline significance ( P = 0.052) ( 8 ).

A moderate positive correlation of the Haller index with the MRC-DS dyspnoea scale was demonstrated (r = 0.40), with borderline significance ( p = 0.052).

Maximal voluntary pelvic floor muscle contractions ≥3 predicted a decreased PGQ score (β = −6.39 [95% CI = −12.84 to 0.07]), with borderline significance ( P = .052) in participants with middle to high levels of pain; no significant prediction was seen in participants with low levels of pain.

EBL less than 75 mL showed moderate predictive value (AUC, 0.725; p =0.001), but was excluded from the risk model due to its borderline significance in multivariate analysis ( p =0.052) and limited preoperative applicability.
