Multivariate analysis within the ELN risk groups confirmed t-AML to be no independent risk factor for OS, RR and NRM, although there was borderline significance for inferior OS of t-AML patients within the intermediate I/II risk group ( p = 0.055, Supplementary Fig. 1 ).
