ANOVA indicated that the model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) with an insignificant lack of fit ( p = 0.3319 > 0.05), demonstrating good overall fitness.
However, meals were significantly smaller and shorter in NG Y2R KD compared with controls ( Figure 2 , Figure 3 ); probability density functions for meal patterning readouts further illustrate highly significant differences (p < 0.0001) in average meal size and duration ( Suppl Figs. 3f and 3g ), with a trend to shorter intermeal durations, particularly in the dark phase ( Figure 3 ).
Consequently, the AHRU group showed higher scores in all three scoring systems, with a highly significant difference (all p < 0.0001) in comparison to the non-AHRU group (CHAMPS: 2.5 (2, 4) vs. 1 (0, 2); NOBLADS: 4 (3, 5) vs. 3 (2, 4); ABC: 3.5 (2, 7) vs. 2 (1, 4)), suggesting that AHRU was potentially associated with worse clinical outcomes.

The ANOVA results showed a highly significant difference between the groups (F = 2820, P < 0.0001) and an R2 value of 0.9991, indicating that 99.91% of the between-group differences could be explained by changes in the relative expression of NME4.
The final number of clusters was validated based on two characteristics obtained from a discriminant function analysis, with cluster identity as the dependent variable and the original habitat variables as independent variables ( Leimeister, 2010 ), as follows: (i) a highly significant Wilks's λ (Wilks's λ = 0.046; P < 0.0001) indicating that >95% of the total variance in the discriminant scores was explained by differences between groups (clusters); and (ii) investigation of the number of errors the discriminant function analysis produced; two clusters produced the lowest number of classification errors (1%).
As this effect had only borderline statistical significance, and was not important for interpreting the results, it was collapsed and the analysis was re-run The main factor Group was highly significant, F (1,35) = 25.7, p <.0001, r 2 = .021, as well as the main factor Level, F (1,35) = 656.7, p <.0001, r 2 = .93.
By this global comparison differences between sections as well as differences between localizations were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Bats that were associated with the (bushmeat) value chain were more frequently positive for coronavirus RNA (25.4%) than bats sampled at other human animal (peri-domestic) interfaces (5%), and this difference was highly significant (p < 0.0001).
Selection and Functional Role of VAMP5 as a Diagnostic Biomarker of TB We followed the criteria of showing a high correlation with other EV-related DEGs, highly significant expression with a p -value < 0.0001 in both validation sets, function in vesicle-mediated transport, and a high AUC to select the VAMP5 gene, which can be a potential diagnostic biomarker of TB.
For the IGRA, comparisons between ChAdOx/ChAdOx and both heterologous regimens also revealed highly significant differences ( p < 0.0001) with stronger results for the heterologous regimens, but no statistically significant difference between both heterologous regimens ( p = 0.812; see Figure 5 ).
