The limit of statistical significance was p ≤ 0.05 whereas a p value of < 0.05 was considered to be significant (*), a p value of < 0.01 highly significant (**) and a p value of < 0.001 extremely significant (***).
Statistical analysis All data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD) and analyzed using the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with statistical significance assigned at * P < 0.05 (significant), ** P < 0.01 (highly significant), and *** P < 0.001 (most significant).
A second study [ 144 ] followed 20 subjects with IBDs wearing the LNG-IUS; they observed a progressive reduction in the median PBAC score over time, becoming highly significant at 12 months ( p < 0.001).
All clinical stability tests—Anterior Drawer, Lachman and Pivot Shift—showed a highly significant reduction in anterior laxity post‐operatively ( p < 0.001), indicating successful restoration of the joint's mechanical integrity [ 29 ].
The most highly significant ( p < 0.001) impact from the group × genotype interaction was on IHTP, followed by the group × year × genotype impact.
KMO analysis yielded an index of 0.92, and in combination with a highly significant BTS, χ 2 (df = 66) = 2969.82, p < 0.001, confirmed that the data distribution satisfied the psychometric criteria [ 42 , 43 ].
