Only the African sample showed marginally significant F ST higher than zero (0.08, p=0.03, not significant after Bonferroni correction), while other populations all had slightly negative estimates pointing to the limited role of the TYR locus in genetic differentiation within studied (sub-) continental groups ( Table S5 ) [ 74 ].
For major coronary events in the primary prevention trials, the 11 separate tests for trend or heterogeneity of effect yielded only one, between men and women, that was marginally significant (p=0·03; figure 3 and webappendix p 4 ) if considered in isolation, but it was no longer significant if multiplied by 11 to allow for multiple comparisons (p=0·33).

In contrast, StromalScore demonstrated weaker yet marginally significant correlations across datasets ( p value ≈ 0.03–0.09), indicating that high-TIL-80 score tumors exhibit both increased immune infiltration and modest stromal enrichment.
When we analyzed the data by site, the effect of day of week is marginally significant ( P = 0.03 for site 1; P = 0.02 for site 2; P = 0.003 for site 3).
The interaction effects, emotion × aggression, F (2.31, 117.69) = 1.83, p = 0.16, η p 2 = 0.04, and emotion × group, F (2.31, 117.69) = 0.33, p = 0.75, η p 2 = 0.007, were also nonsignificant Interestingly, a quadratic contrast for facial emotion was marginally significant, F (1, 51) = 4.76, p = 0.03, suggesting slightly more errors for anger and sadness than for happiness, but this trend did not survive the omnibus test.
