We found no significant differences in expressions of the hypertension-associated genes between the pre-HCT and post HCT groups, with only a few genes showing near-significant differences and no consistent pattern (including NR3C2 gene with higher expression in the pre-HCT group and PIK3CG with higher expression in the post-HCT group, both differences non-significant).
