In the HGSOC tissue cohort, the CTNNB1 mRNA was significantly downregulated in FIGO stage IV cases when compared with FIGO stage II or III OC ( p = 0.02), while the FBXW7 change was of borderline significance ( p = 0.05) ( Figure 3 A).
Women in PG had significantly higher triglycerides levels in the second trimester ( p < 0.05), while triglycerides concentrations in the third trimester were also higher in the PG but of borderline significance ( p = 0.051) ( Table 1 ).
The negative correlation between the histological scores and PaO 2 was of borderline significance ( r s = − 0.359, p = 0.051).

Similarly, the degree of how much incontinence affected daily routine (question 14) decreased after Er:YAG laser therapy, although only of borderline significance ( p = 0.053) at 6 months after the study intervention (Table 2 ). 3.2 Bowel Symptoms Bowel function scores showed a statistically significant improvement at all time points after Er:YAG laser therapy.
