In secondary analyses, P2Y12 inhibitors showed a trend toward reduced major bleeding (HR: 0.86; 95% CI: 0.72–1.02; p = 0.082) and a significant reduction in major gastrointestinal bleeding (HR: 0.79; 95% CI: 0.63–0.97; p = 0.027).
Use of a single clip showed a trend toward improved clinical outcomes (OR 6.07; 95% CI 0.89–41.36; p = 0.082).
