All variables that were significant (p < 0.01) or showed a trend toward significance (p < 0.05) in univariate analyses were included in the regression analyses (details of the included variables are presented in the results section).
In the between-group comparisons at each time point, the experimental group showed a trend toward lower PSQI scores than the control group at the end of the intervention (p = 0.05) and had significantly lower scores at the follow-up assessment (p = 0.01) ( Figure 4 and Supplement 4 ).
