NLR was not significantly associated with primary tumor site ( p = 0.7859) or number of metastasis ( p = 0.2859), although NLR showed a trend towards higher values in patients with metastatic lesions located in the liver compared with patients with metastasis affecting other organs ( p = 0.1551) ( Figure 3 A).
302 (AK) days, p = 0.97), mice with an additional oncogenic mutation of Trp53 (AKPr mice) had a borderline significant shorter median survival (186 days, p = 0.16).
Subclassifying AEs according to enteral stent patency, no significant difference was observed in terms of stent dysfunction rate (stent migration, stent obstruction, and relapse of GOO symptoms) between the two groups although a favorable trend was observed for EUS-GE (0% vs. 11.5 %, p = 0.16).
CNV signature 3 seemed to be associated with a non-statistical improved survival (HR = 0.51 [0.24; 1.04], adjusted p -value = 0.16), while CNV signature 6 showed a trend towards poorer OS (HR = 4.59 [0.9; 23.4], adjusted p -value = 0.16).
Kaplan–Meier survival analysis was then performed, and the CRC patients with organoid-forming tumors (n = 440) showed a trend towards worse overall survival than those with non-organoid-forming tumors (n = 68; p = 0.16, Figure 5 ). 3.
With the use of hyperfractionation, the median local failure-free survival showed a trend in favor of hyperfractionated re-IMRT compared to standard fractionation (28.2 vs. 16.6 months, p = 0.164) but OS was not significantly different (34.8 vs. 35.5 months, p = 0.603) [ 87 ].
Among the other available variables, V37 Gy (cc) was of borderline significance while MLD > 5.5 Gy, hypertension and smoking showed a trend ( p -value = 0.17 and 0.20 respectively) with ORs around 2.
Finally, animals treated with both Bev and βPix/COOL-1 siRNA-loaded RGD-NP showed a trend towards increased survival ( p = 0.1783), having an improved median survival of 100 days when compared with other treatment groups. 3.
1.5 months, HR 0.55, p < 0.001) and showed a trend toward prolonged median OS (15.1 vs. 8.0 months; HR 0.72, p = 0.18; overall population: 13.7 vs. 13.1 months, HR 0.93, p = 0.49) [ 38 ].
Concerning the overall in-hospital mortality, we registered a positive trend in certified centers during the five-year period after the certification (5% vs. 3%, p = 0.190).
Neutrophils decreased significantly after IL-2 administration ( p = 0.01), while eosinophils showed a trend towards increased numbers in peripheral blood after IL-2 ( p = 0.19).
Furthermore, when stratified by stage, primary OCs showed a trend in higher IL-10 levels with more advanced disease (412.8 pg/mL in advanced stages versus 328.7 pg/mL in early stages for serous OCs; p = 0.19; Figure 1 B).
Although prognosis was not significantly different according to BCPR expression in PT and LN samples ( Figure 3 A(b,c),B(b,c)), there was a significant trend toward worse OS in PT + LN samples with high BCRP expression (log-rank p = 0.19; Figure 3 B(d)).
Patients with irAEs showed a trend toward improved OS (median OS 16.4 vs. 6.8 months, p = 0.19) compared to hospitalized patients without documented irAEs.
However, we observed a trend toward significance in OS with patients who experienced irAEs compared to those who did not experience irAEs (median 16.4 vs. 6.8 months, p = 0.19, Figure 3 A).
All significant factors, together with those of borderline significance ( p < 0.2), were included in the multivariate analyses, which used the Cox proportional hazards model.
Other factors, such as open bladder cuff excision ( p = 0.119), multifocal ureteric tumours ( p = 0.137), and post-RNU bladder instillation of chemotherapy ( p = 0.064), were included in the multivariate analysis model as they were of near statistical significance ( p < 0.2).
Variables included in the multivariate analysis were those identified as either significant ( p < 0.05) or near-significant ( p < 0.2) in the univariate analysis, known contributory factors documented in existing literature, or those that existed as baseline discrepancies between groups.
On MVA ( Table 5 ), treatment time was not associated with FFBF or FFDM when included in a model with NCCN risk category, although there was a statistical trend ( p < 0.2) for treatment time.
Although not statistically significant, the muscle invasive stage (T2 or T3, n = 8) showed a trend of higher expression of Derlin-1 mRNA ( p = 0.202) and lower expression of miR-375-3p ( p = 0.839) compared with the non-muscle invasive stage (Ta or T1, n = 4).
Although our results showed a trend in the increased expression of CTLA-4 in the CRC tissues, this change was not statistically significant ( p = 0.202) ( Figure 3 ). 3.5.
