It is unlikely that this event signified re-infection or re-exposure for the following reasons: (1) serial nasopharyngeal swab testing for SARS-CoV-2 RNA remained negative until month 12; (2) the patient had no clinical symptoms suggestive of re-infection; (3) His IgG titer continually decreased until M12; (4) the changes observed in levels of DCs, mDCs and B-cells showed a trend consistent with IgM levels.
Excerpts
We observed an apparent trend toward increased breadth and potency (lower geometric mean IC 50 ) associated with increased env diversity (r = -0.77; Figure 4A ), but no detectable trend between this overall IC 50 and duration of ART (r = -0.27; Figure 4B ).
For example, previous experimental results of endothelial cell transcriptome analysis of sepsis revealed that AL132709.5 lncRNA was significantly upregulated, while CTC-45916.1 lncRNA, 45916.1 lncRNA, and lncRNA XLOC_007697 showed a trend of downregulation ( 26 ).
As to the VP1 protein, except of a transient and slight enrichment in the dLNs at 12h, hardly significant increases was observed during the whole observation period.
Both patients with chikungunya and with OAFD had an increasing trend in the levels of CXCL9 over time.
On the other hand, patients with chikungunya presented a decreasing trend in the levels of CXCL8, CCL2, CCL5, CXCL10, and IL-6 after 1 or 2-3 DPSO, but patients with OAFD did not follow this pattern.
PGD in the lung allograft was associated with an increase in the epigenetic age, and older methylation age showed a trend toward poorer outcomes.
However, while this differential expression was highly significant in milk, it was only nominally changed in the plasma samples.
However, a decreasing trend was identified clinically in both men and women, with HR of 0.76 and 0.90, respectively.
Diversity changes between the two groups (α -diversity) using three different indices also showed a trend towards age associated decrease in the Shannon index ( Figure 2B ) and increases in Chao1 ( Figure 2C ) and Simpson ( Figure 2D ) indices.
Although modest, the Imm group showed a trend toward enhanced protection from repeated heterologous challenge, as well as conferring decreased viral burden upon infection.
A large retrospective study conducted in the Netherlands indeed showed a trend towards lower birthweight (< 2500 grams) with a high rate of preterm delivery in pregnant kidney transplant recipients with a calcineurin inhibitor-based regimen (e.g. tacrolimus) ( 51 ) (unpublished manuscript).
Moreover, in the screening biopsies, GPR109A expression was significantly downregulated in the Abx group (p=0.028) whereas GPR43 only showed a trend of downregulation.

At the order level, although the changes in the microbial composition of the nose were moderate except Clostridiales , we observed clearly significant microbial changes in the pharynx, including pathogenic bacteria Burkholderiales and Pseudomonadales , together with beneficial bacteria Clostridiales and Lactobacillales , which further confirmed the diversity of microbial changes between the nose and pharynx in teleost due to geographical differences ( Figures 5E, F ) .
In olfactory organs, the width of the LP at the tip region (100 μm from the lamellar tip) gradually enlarged from 1 to 14 dpi and showed a trend of recovery at 28 dpi, which all increased significantly compared with the control fish ( Figure 2B ).
The results showed that compared with the sham group, the M 1 d, M 3 d and M 7 d groups showed a trend of increasing intestinal permeability over time, with the greatest intestinal permeability in the M 7 d group ( Figure 4C ).
The routine blood test results showed that the white blood cell (WBC) count significantly decreased in the M 3 d and M 7 d groups after ICH ( Figure 3C ), and the lymphocyte percentage (LY%) showed a decreasing trend in the M 1 d and M 3 d groups ( Figure 3D ).
A decreasing trend was observed in the expression of intestinal TNFRSF, TRAF6, RAB6A, and ATF4 of shrimp fed higher levels of MOS (M4, M8, and M16).
Results Growth Performance WGR and SGR of shrimp showed an increasing trend with the increase of MOS level, but no significant difference was observed when compared with the control group (M0) ( p > 0.05).

This observation was clearly significant at Day 14 ( Figure 6B ), suggesting that SIRPγ blockade impairs T-cell survival, activation, proliferation, or localization within the host.
Although there was no significant difference, there was an increasing trend ( 270 ).
The results demonstrated that most immune cells showed a trend of high expression in the high-risk group when compared to low-risk group.
Treatments showed a trend of reduced activation of CatK by functional osteoclasts, estimated by scanning of intact mice ( Figure 8E ) or dissected hind limbs (not shown) with similar results.
There was also no significant difference in IFNγ expression at day 3, though there was a slightly significant increase in IFNγ expression in the SKO mice at day 6 ( Figure 3E ), the significance of which is not known.
a small trendgold
There was, however, a small trend to an increase of both MDA5 and RIG-I in cells treated with SP1 in combination with imiquimod compared with cells that were only treated with imiquimod ( Figures 4E, F ).
