Using PSM to balance baseline characteristics, we demonstrated that the addition of ICIs to CRT significantly improved OS and showed a trend toward prolonged PFS.

Physical activity also showed a positive trend across legume consumption groups (p for trend = 0.019), although differences did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.062).

The dataset over the course of the study showed no significant trend at 25 °C (with the exception of particle size [D90] for SEnGMMA/Alhydrogel for which an increasing trend was identified) and 37 °C for S.

For certain patients, IgE reactivity to Sal k 4 was even higher than for Phl p 12, confirming the importance of Sal k 4 as allergen in saltwort ( Supplementary Table 2 ), but there was no significant difference between IgE levels to rSal k 4 and rPhl p 12 ( Supplementary Figure 7A ) and rSal k 4 and rPhl p 12-specific IgE levels were correlated in a highly significant manner ( Supplementary Figure 7B ).

Notably, several metabolite clusters showed an increasing trend as the disease advanced: NEG metabolites in Clusters 1, 7, and 12; POS metabolites in Clusters 2, 7, and 10; NEG lipid species in Clusters 3, 6, and 7; and POS lipid species in Clusters 1 and 7 ( Figure 2 ).

However, in monocytes, there was significant upregulation of IL-6 and TNF-α expression, while the percentage of IL-6 positive cells showed a decreasing trend that did not reach statistical significance ( Supplementary Figure 4B ).

For short-term poor prognosis, multivariate logistic regression showed that elevated TyG index was an independent risk factor, with a borderline significant P value of 0.068.

TyG quartile-stratified GBS patient characteristics are presented in Table 4 , with a notable trend of increasing age in patients with higher TyG index.

Although the changes in glud1 and glul expression were not statistically significant but showed a decreasing trend, suggesting partial amelioration of the nitrogen metabolism disorder by the ZO-1 agonist. 3.4 The ZO-1 agonist is associated with preservation of TJ protein complex organization GSEA ( Figures 5A–C ) revealed that the TJ pathway (KO04530) was significantly upregulated in the Control vs.

Furthermore, we observed that across multiple cancer types, patients in the high HICDI score group consistently showed a trend toward poorer prognosis, a finding that provides preliminary exploratory evidence to support the potential generalizable application of this integrated model.

In contrast, the IBA1 + NF200 + overlap area showed a trend toward higher values in HLA mice than in WT controls in both sexes, although these differences did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 6E ).

In a curtailed randomized trial of 15 colon cancer patients with resected liver metastases, dendritic cell vaccines loaded with autologous tumor lysates showed a trend toward longer disease-free survival compared to observation, despite the small cohort size ( 117 ).

This was followed by a decreasing trend in colocalization at 30 min post-infection for WT, and CT remained unchanged.

Specifically, this subset exhibited a decreasing trend in its proportion within the disease groups compared to the healthy controls ( Figure 3D ).

Interestingly, a notable trend emerged when examining the anatomical sites; the RS group displayed a significantly higher frequency of tumors originating in the oropharynx, while tumors located in the oral cavity were more frequently found in the RR group ( Figure 5A ).

Although we did not observe an age-related decrease in either memory B cell subset in the published dataset we analyzed, memory B cells generally follow an increasing trend over age due to the development of the immune system as it is exposed to more antigens.

Strikingly, we found a highly significant decrease in NK cells in autistic children compared to HC.

Compared with HC group, the proportions of pDCs and cDCs in KPN_ACU group were similar, but the proportions of pDCs in KPN_REC showed an increasing trend, while the proportions of cDCs showed a decreasing trend ( Figure 5F ; Supplementary Figure S3B ).

For example, studies in rhesus monkeys with spontaneous OA showed a trend towards reduced microbial diversity and identified taxa such as Mollicutes and Coprobacillus as potential disease-associated microbial markers ( 44 ).

HK (H3N2) infection significantly increased circZFYVE1 expression, whereas H9N2 infection showed an increasing trend that did not reach statistical significance under the tested conditions ( Figure 1H ).

In NSCLC, CD4 + Tcm cell frequencies show an increasing trend ( 80 ), and elevated frequencies of CD8 + Tcm and Tem cells have also been reported ( 18 ); similarly, increased CD8 + Tcm and Tem subsets have been described in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma ( 81 , 82 ).

We observed that the P value for PVR was 0.063, indicating a trend toward significance.

Medication exposure is also likely to be significant.

Mice treated with montelukast showed a trend towards reduced body weight ( Figure 4I ), which was not evident in the rest of the infected groups.
