Historically, as reported in the last three demographic and health surveys, anemia among under five Ethiopian children has had a decreasing trend as age increased being under two children the most affected group ( CSA and ORC Macro, 2006 ; CSA and ICF International, 2012 ; CSA and ICF, 2016 ).

4 Discussion In the urban system composed of central cities, sub-central cities, regional central cities and general cities, the construction land within the UDBs of different level cities showed a trend of rapid growth, but pasture land in the central cities, sub-central cities, and regional central cities also showed an increasing trend, which was not the case in general cities.
