We observed a clear trend in microbiome alterations from the upper, through the middle and through the lower GI tract with its unique microbial composition.

DSS treatment showed a trend of decline in expression of ZO-1 , Occludin , and Claudin-2 ( Figure 4 C–E).
Patients with renal dysfunction at hospital admission showed a trend to higher TTR levels (16.7 (6.4–70.9) TTR/mg total protein) compared to ADHF patients with normal renal function at hospital admission (5.2 (2.6–43.0) ng TTR/mg total protein, p = 0.078, Figure 4 A).
The results demonstrated that the treatment with CUR increased Nrf2 levels in the frontal cortex, importantly at day 21 post-infection, and there was an increasing trend at day 60 and 120 post-infection ( Figure 9 A).
The expression of HuNAC7 , HuNAC20 , HuNAC25 , and HuNAC30 showed a trend of gradual increase.
In Cluster 7, 1340 DEGs displayed an increasing trend and were overrepresented in items such as carbon fixation in photosynthetic organisms, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, and fructose and mannose metabolism.
Monotherapy using a patient-derived xenograft model of NUP98::NSD1 -rearranged AML caused a highly significant prolongation of survival compared to the vehicle-treated control cohort (median survival 152 vs. 103 days).
This scenario precisely portrayed the typical KC condition, and the complexity of the bladder dysfunction followed an increasing trend according to the dosage duration of the drug from 2 weeks to 8 weeks.
Gene Regulation Post-LVAD Use miRNA expression showed a trend towards normalization post-LVAD use, and four miRNAs (1 in the LV, 3 in the RV) were significantly normalized following LVAD implantation.
The results showed a trend towards increased expression of VAT adipsin mRNA according to the degree of obesity ( Figure 1 C) and to the diabetes status ( Figure 1 D).
In Islet(δ), the two seeds exhibited an increasing trend for the α-helix compared with the monomeric isomer and reached 40%.
Based on the highly significant QSARs between the experimentally determined lipophilicity parameters (on columns imitating biosystems) and pharmacokinetic parameters, as well as the reliable and predictive QSAR models developed for assessing the penetration of the blood–brain barrier, this small molecule could be expected to have good bioavailability and high permeability through biological barriers [ 2 , 3 , 4 ].
Although there were no significant differences for the biomarker albumin ( p = 0.061), a decreasing trend in this serum marker was observed ( Table 1 ). 2.4.
Moreover, under MF treatment, there was a slight trend towards an increase in the expression of genes for the humoral immune response and a more pronounced trend towards an increase in the expression of genes encoding subunits of the MHC complex ( Figure 2 ).
KRAS Although evidence is limited and occasionally conflicting, there is a clear trend in the literature showing that KRAS plays a role early in EC progression, especially when the disease originates from hyperplastic endometrium [ 99 ].
In contrast, the level of ATP production in Mmuc -infected BMDMs was comparable to that in control, but that in the Mmuc -R infection group showed a decreasing trend ( Figure 7 F).
The levels of the abovementioned 26 metabolites showed a decreasing trend in plasma, compared to that in the lung, in both the COPD1 and COPD2 groups.
The increase in p53 expression may be significant along with the DNA damage response because of redox stress [ 22 , 56 , 57 ].
Treatment with SB505124 showed a trend increased in the viability of WJ-MSC but was not significant compared to control. 2.3.
(4) Conclusions: The histometric and clinical results indicated a positive trend favouring the combination of CMX and GMSCs with the CAF when compared to the groups without cells, although these differences were not statistically significant. cell therapy mesenchymal stem cells mesenchymal stromal cells gingiva-derived stem cells soft tissue regeneration gingival recession root
In terms of the clinical results, although no statistically significant differences were found among groups, the CMX+GMSCs group showed a trend towards the greatest RecRed values (1.42; SD = 1.88 mm), a higher percentage of complete root coverage (57.,1%) and a higher percentage of sites with ≥2 mm RecRed (57%) between baseline and 6 weeks ( Table 2 ).
It is worth mentioning that the stress at 50% of the unmodified hydrogels also showed a trend similar to that of the absolute values of zeta potentials for BSA at various pH ( Figure S6 ), further confirming the effects of surface charge of BSA on the strain-stiffening of hydrogels.
Flow cytometry results of day 10 did not differ significantly from the values obtained on day 8 (57.2 ± 3.5% and 59.5 ± 2.2%) or 9 (63.8 ± 3.3% and 67.6 ± 1.8%) for cTnT and α-Actinin2, respectively, yet there is an increasing trend observable over differentiation time ( Figure 7 C).
Quantitative characterization of platelets showed a trend of PDA > ZE21B > MgF 2 > ECM 12 h and ECM 6 h > ECM 24 h, which indicated that the ECM group samples inhibited platelets adhesion on the Mg alloy.
This is extremely significant in order to improve the quality and comfort of human life, which is of particular importance in the light of a crisis situation such as a pandemic.
