The results of the “Prospective comparison of ARNI with ARB Given following stabiLization In DEcompensated HFpEF (PARAGLIDE-HF)” study [ 23 ] showed a trend favoring sacubitril/valsartan vs. valsartan to reduce a hierarchical clinical endpoint of CV death, HF hospitalizations, urgent HF visits, and change in NT-proBNP among HFpEF patients (LVEF > 40%) with recent worsening HF.

Insights to Inform Public Health Policies and Strategies The reviewed studies consistently demonstrate a clear trend: the prevalence of CVRFs increases with age.

We therefore interpret it with caution, as it suggests a possible trend but lacks sufficient validity for clinical use or generalization without further longitudinal research.

Within the patient group, a clear trend of positive association is observed between high SEM scores and increased IHC scores.
