The relative content differences of eight key VOCs in WO from five varieties can be directly compared by Kruskal–Wallis tests, among which the distribution four substances, hexanal (M), hexanal (D), pentanal (M), (E)-2-hexanal (M), presented extremely significant differences (P<0.01).

Figure 4 f shows that there are quite significant differences ( p < 0.01) in the percentage of apoptotic MCF-7 cells in the concentration range of AcGEP investigated in this study, compared with the control group.
Among them, the eluent concentration and pH had extremely significant ( p < 0.01) effects on purified flavonoids ( Table 4 and Table 5 ).
The effects of the square terms A 2 , C 2 and the interaction terms AB, AC, and BC reached a highly significant level ( p < 0.01).
The increased expression of CD69 on NK cells treated with PBI was highly significant at the three highest concentration, whereas for oleandrin this was seen for the two highest concentrations ( p < 0.01).
B, C, AC, and BC had a highly significant effect ( p < 0.01), A had a significant effect ( p < 0.05), while AB had no significant effect ( p > 0.05) on the extraction of PLP.

Differences were considered significant (*) for P < 0.05, highly significant (**) for P < 0.01, and extremely significant (***) for P < 0.001. 4.
As depicted in Table 1 , the results of ANOVA indicated that the model was highly significant ( p < 0.01), but the lack of fit of each of the models was not significant.
Specifically, the linear effect of X 1 , X 2 and X 4 illustrated highly significant ( p < 0.01) and remarkably significant ( p < 0.001) positive effects on FRAP, respectively, while their square terms (X 1 2 , X 2 2 and X 4 2 ) exhibited highly significant ( p < 0.01), significant ( p < 0.05) and remarkably significant ( p < 0.001) negative ones, respectively.
The letters above the bars in figures represent different groups with highly significant differences ( p < 0.01).
The results of the correlation analysis showed that there was a highly significant ( p < 0.01) correlation between TPC, DPPH scavenging capacity, and ABTS scavenging capacity, whereas there was a significant ( p < 0.05) correlation between TFC, DPPH scavenging capacity, and ABTS scavenging capacity.
Tukey’s multiple comparisons test was performed for different phenolic acids groups, with results showing that artepillin C had an extremely significant difference in terms of its content in Brazilian green propolis when compared with other compounds ( p < 0.01; Figure 4 ).
[ 27 ] proposed that Na, Mg, Ca, Cr, Fe Ni, Rb, Sr, Cd, Tl, and Pb were extremely significant correlated between tea leaves and topsoil at the level of p < 0.01.
The results showed that the regression model of ZJRP yield was highly significant ( P < 0.01).
X 3 (culture time) had extremely significant effect on GA-Me production ( P < 0.01), followed by x 2 (peptone concentration), suggesting culture time and peptone concentration are very important for GA-Me production in submerged fermentation of G. lucidum .
It is confirmed by a highly significant ( p < 0.01) linear correlation found between the FRAP values and TPC levels ( r = 0.9671), TEAC values ( r = 0.9064), and EC 50 values of the DPPH test ( r = −0.9638).
Compared with the CDP group, the C max of CA increased significantly ( p < 0.05), and V z/F of CA had a highly significant rise in the JGL group ( p < 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the AUC and MRT between the two groups.
The results were considered to be significant when p < 0.05 (*), and to be highly significant when p < 0.01 (**). 4.
Nevertheless, oral administration of ECE at 800 mg/kg ( Figure 1 b; D + E8) caused significant declines of the fasting blood glucose compared to those of the DC rats at the correspondingly same day from the 2nd to the 7th day ( p < 0.05) and extremely significant decreases since the 10th day ( p < 0.01).
On the other hand, there was a highly significant reduction in tumour volume ratio after a single Au-GSH-Dox injection ( p < 0.01) ( Figure 1 and Figure 2 ).
In addition, except for time (X 4 ), other factors were highly significant ( p -value < 0.01).
The model F-value is 30.7, which is highly significant ( p < 0.01), and the p -value of the out−of−fit term is 0.3261, which is not significant ( p > 0.05), showing that the equation is similar to the actual data.
As shown in Table 2 , the established quadratic regression model is highly significant ( p < 0.01), the misfit term is p = 0.1130, the misfit is not significant, and the model fits the results of the test values well.
Statistical significance was set at p < 0.05, and highly significant differences were defined as p < 0.01.
The effect of the solid–liquid ratio on the polyphenols’ extraction was highly significant ( p < 0.01), and the impact of the additional ionic liquid and extraction time on the polyphenols’ extraction was also significant ( p < 0.05).
