The defined cut off values have been based on previous cohort data which identified patients with moderate to severe proteinuria at greater risk of poor renal outcome [22] , [24] and so we require all patients with a UACR between 100–200 mg/mmol with an increasing trend and those with a UACR>200 mg/mmol to immediately exit from the pathway for further investigation and management in liaison with a paediatric nephrologist.

The orientation of the CTCF/H2A.Z pattern has a highly significant correlation with the orientation of the CTCF motif for each of the clusters that feature the CTCF/H2A.Z peak pattern: cluster 36884 (0.33, P<e-32), cluster 36426 (0.39, P<e-19 ), cluster 36420 (0.29, P<e-5 ) while there was no correlation in the remaining clusters ( Table 1 ).
Taxon-Level Analyses – Habitat Types When comparing individual habitat types (FP, RT, NS, FS), six taxa had a trend of higher Mau Tau rarefied richness in the river floodplain habitat type (forbs and grasses, trees, scarab beetles, birds, and mammalian carnivores), four taxa had a trend of higher rarefied richness in the river terrace habitat type (shrubs, spiders, butterflies, and rodents), one taxon, solpugids, showed a trend of higher rarefied richness in the NS habitat type, and one taxon, lizards, had equally high estimates in RT and NS habitat types ( Figure 3 ).
We observed that the mRNA levels of PPARα and the PPARα-regulated genes CPT-1a, ACOX1, LCAD, Uncoupling protein 2 (UCP2) and UCP3 were elevated or exhibited an increasing trend in the adipose tissue, as well the mRNA expression of PPARα, CPT-1a, ACOX1, LCAD and UCP3 were markedly increased in the skeletal muscle ( Fig. 4A, B ).
