Highly significant (p<0.001) down-regulation of IL-6 and GM-CSF following miR-146a over-expression correlated well with our genomic data.
Excerpts
We observed a significant trend of higher mortality rates in SGA and all deliveries for lower HDI countries ( P <0.001).
The PLSCA results for the lower cervix (C5-T1) ( Fig 2a and 2c ) revealed the measured inertia (47.65; odds = 25:1000) in the healthy subjects to be much greater than the corresponding value in the MS patients (16.21; odds = 767:1000), with the difference between the odds being highly significant (p<0.001; effect size = 1.072).
The Q-statistic for subgroups differences was highly significant for SBP and DBP in both genders (p<0.001 for all).
rosea on egg mortality ANOVA showed that spore concentration had a highly significant effect on egg mortality ( p < 0.001), with mortality increasing at higher concentrations of both fungal species ( Table 3 ).
The difference in the response to CSF1 based on genotype was highly significant (p < 0.001).
The correspondence analysis between the abiotic facets and vegetation cover were highly significant (χ 2 ≥1669000, p <0.001), indicating that abiotic facets and vegetation were not independent of each other.
Table 2 shows the basic laboratory parameters and reveals highly significant differences between the CKD subgroups (p<0.001).
Second, the association between maximum and minimum temperature is significantly stronger in coastal regions ( β = 0.753) compared to inland regions ( β = 0.337), with a highly significant difference (Δ β = 0.416, p < 0.001), indicating stronger diurnal thermal coupling in coastal environments.
We found highly significant overrepresentation of GO:0016563 “transcription activator activity” (p<0.001) and weaker overrepresentation of GO:003682 “chromatin binding” (p<0.05), suggesting that highly connected nodes within communities tend to be involved in transcription regulation.
Our results support this hypothesis, because multicopter flights have a highly significant negative impact on bat activity levels with a medium effect size, particularly for the Myotini ( P < 0.001, d m = 0.54) and Nyctaloid group ( P < 0.001, d n = 0.55) and a small effect size for the Pipistrelloid group ( P < 0.001, d p = 0.36).
In contrast, age exerted a highly significant effect at the first step for frequencies between 500 and 625 Hz (χ 2 = 14.2, p = 0.001).
Differences between observed and expected changes were noted as highly significant (Pillai’s Trace = 0.147, F(13, 475) = 6.296, p < 0.001), indicating that at least one of the activities exhibited significant univariate effects.
On Day 2, all compounds showed their largest deviations from healthy controls, with highly significant increases for all three markers (p < 0.001).
In Student’s t-test both correlations were highly significant (p<0.001).
One-way ANOVAs found highly significant differences in bacterial abundance among cities ( Table 1: F 2,495 = 31.71; P<0.001), between the offices inhabited by men and women ( F 1,495 = 10.295; P = 0.001) and among office surfaces ( F 4,495 = 10.661; P<0.001).
In addition to the ci-miRNAs that passed the bonferroni cut-off (P<0.00032), 4 borderline significant ci-miRNAs (miR-145, miR-424, miR-133a, miR-133b) (P<0.001), were also identified ( Figure 2 and Figure 3 ).
When perceived severity, perceived susceptibility, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, cues to action, and self-efficacy in dieting and self-efficacy in exercise were regressed against BMI, the model was highly significant (P<0.001).
The one-sample t-test indicated a highly significant difference t (54) = 5.01, p < .001, with a mean difference of.14 grams (95% CI :.08 to.19).
Gene ontology (GO) analysis for biological process (BP) of the 1,314 DEG genes from above ( S6 Table ) revealed 509 GO BP terms, 170 of which were highly significant (FDR adjusted p-value <1e -3 ; S7 Table ).
An analytical approach describing the response curve by logistic regression highlights the highly significant correlation between response and sound frequency (% of responding oysters = 2.021–0.006 frequency; p < 0.001).
It is important to mention that highly significant differences were found ( p <0.001) when comparing the average annual frequencies of the three histological types for each biological behavior.
Tolerance Times ( Table 2 ) Highly significant main effects were observed for environmental condition and speed (P<0.001).
Another result to highlight is the highly significant difference between cases and controls regarding the mean number of risk alleles at the 14 selected adenoma susceptibility loci (p<0.001).
Since the correlation coefficient of all regressions were highly significant (r≥0.95; p ≤0.001), we were able to produce standard curves using blood samples of each mouse (absorbance at 540 nm versus blood volume) in order to provide a rough estimation of the blood intake by each individual mosquito.
