Correlations between both (log transformed) measures of movement were highly significant (p<0.0001) in all deer and correlation coefficients ( r ) ranged between 0.36 and 0.73 ( table 2 ).
Excerpts
During perifusion of both the whole spinal cord and the cervico-trigeminal area, the interaction between the two factors of variation was found to be highly significant indeed (F 1-27 = 24.33 and F 1-22 = 30.17, respectively, p<0.0001; Table S1 ).
The split ANOVA revealed a highly significant impact (p<0.0001) between treatments (inoculated and uninoculated), within cultivars as well as interaction ‘Cultivars x Treatments’ effect on brix, pol, fiber, purity, and CSS contents.
As expected, a negative trend between both variables is evident in the two groups ( Fig. 4b ), with individual seed mass decreasing linearly with increasing fruit seediness ( F = 126.0, P <0.0001, d.f. = 3, 87).
The effects of the initial MC (A) and inlet air temperature (B) on the final MC were extremely significant ( P < 0.0001), that of feed rate (C) was generally significant, and that of inlet velocity (D) on deposition rate was not significant.
A non-parametric permutation-based 2-sample t-test revealed that the difference in correlation between the DT-FODs and QSI-FODs were not significant in ROI-1 (p≫0.05), but highly significant in ROI-2 (p<0.0001).
In that study, NGR was found to have highly significant associations with BOAS in the bulldog breeds (French Bulldogs p<0.0001, Bulldogs p<0.0001), but not Pugs (p>0.05).
The ANOVA yielded a highly significant 4-way interaction: F (8, 320) = 19.06, p < .0001, partial η 2 = .33.
All prevalence rates for all cancer types when compared with the fracture group were highly significant (p-value <0.0001).
The difference between the treatments was marginally significant at Day 4 and 7 (P = 0.0532 and 0.0560, respectively), and highly significant by Day 14 (P < 0.0001; Fig 5D ).
This difference was highly significant, t(70.14) = 4.04, p = .0001 (degrees of freedom using Satterthwaite’s correction for unequal variance).
There was a constant, highly significant difference in time to retinopathy over the entire range (for 140/80 mmHg 22.4 vs 24.7 years, logrank test, chi square 44.91; p<0.0001), suggesting the absence of any threshold below which retinopathy is being prevented.
The PC1 expression model showed a nominally significant relationship with activity in BA 9 (uncorrected p <0.0001); however, this relationship did not withstand multiple testing correction (corrected p = 0.093).
Two-way repeated measures ANOVA revealed a highly significant effect of DHβE (F 1,9 = 122.21, P <0.0001) and no significant interaction between sex and the effects of DHβE on nicotinic currents.
Comparing the two groups in a mixed model the blocking was highly significant (p < 0.0001) and a significant difference was present during all time points investigated.
There was a highly significant positive correlation between hepatic cellular infiltrates and the copy number of dnTGFβRII transgene (r = 0.9342, p<0.0001), indicating that abrogation of TGFβ signaling by higher copy number of dnTGFβRII contributes to the emergence of T cell lymphoma-like T cell infiltration.
The correlations among parental genetic ancestries and heterozygosity provided highly significant pairwise r-values (p <0.0001), thus bringing support to using heterozygosity as an indicator of genetic ancestry.
We found a highly significant positive correlation between the amount of C3d and BI in leprosy skin lesions (r = 0.9612, p<0.0001) ( Fig 7A ) .
The profiles of IgG in urine in the curative treatment group showed a significant trend of decline with time post-treatment (Kruskal-Wallis test = 113.4–212.6, p value < 0.0001) and the lowest levels were seen 12 months post-treatment.
Highly significant association was found between naive CD4 T cells and CD4+ RTE (all p-values <0.0001).
A one-way mixed model was applied with mean pain ratings as the response, the result showed that the contrasts HC and LC condition was highly significant (p<0.0001).
Statistical study verified that there is a highly significant difference in the prevalence of carbapenemase genes among the tested isolates ( p < 0.0001).
The full factorial ANOVA was highly significant (F 59,660 = 43.082, p < 0.0001), with only the interaction between year and precipitation level being non-significant ( Table 3 ).
Across clutches, the mean incidence of FTT was 19.5 + 4.99% of hatchlings, but the range varied from 0% to 53.3%, demonstrating highly significant clutch effects ( X 2 = 48.36, df = 11, P <0.0001; Table 4 ).
Similarly, a short term reproductive success measurement of a seven day window in older females is highly significant ( P <0.0001) in predicting their lifetime reproductive success ( Fig 4 ).
