The difference between the areas under the curves of the WT and Hvcn1 -/- cells was highly significant (p<0.001).
Correlations between ethnic identity, intergroup orientation, and national identity The Spearman’s rank correlation coefficients ( Table 1 ) revealed that there was a moderately significant correlation between ethnic identity and national identity in the Yi students ( r s = .56, p < .001).

Our tabulated prediction accuracy (averaged over 39 subjects completing the experiment) over the full stimulus set (see Table 1 ) was highly significant for both valence (p < .001; signed rank; α = .05; h 0 : μ = .5) and arousal (p < .001; signed rank; α = .05; h 0 : μ = .5).
Pearson's Chi-squared test and Fisher's exact test revealed a highly significant (p<0.001) difference between the groups and inter-rater agreement.
We observed a highly significant (p<0.001) reduction of ERα binding at all sites examined in RAD21-depleted MCF7 cells ( Figure 6A ), and a similar decrease in ERα binding at ERE 1 and the promoter region in T47D cells ( Figure 7 ).
Accordingly, when the SPV-gain values were submitted to a factorial ANOVA with fixation and ellipse as fixed factors and participant as random factor, the main effect of fixation was highly significant ( F (1,14) = 59.5, p <0.001).
Respondents from the COPD and Diabetes sub-samples had on average more co-morbid conditions than the NSA sub-sample (mean number of chronic conditions is 3.7 for the COPD sub-sample, 3.4 for the Diabetes sub-sample and 2.0 for the NSA sub-sample, with COPD/Diabetes difference significant (p = 0.010) and other differences highly significant (p<0.001)).
For a set of oocytes from a single frog, sustained inward current after washout of AM546 for K69C expressing oocytes averaged −129±13 nA (N = 9), which was a highly significant increase (p<.001, Paired T-test, final vs. initial holding current).
Electron microscopy of 800 spinal axons (400 hypoxic, 400 normoxic, 100 axons per animal) left and right of the anterior median fissure from adult hypoxic and normoxic animals and subsequent data analysis (Sigma Plot) indicated a) absence of the Normality criterion for the data distribution ( Shapiro-Wilk Test ) and b) highly significant differences in the g-ratios as well as axon diameters between the hypoxic and normoxic group with p< 0.001 (each) using the Mann-Whitney Rank Sum Test and the Kruskal-Wallis One Way Analysis of Variance on Ranks .
Furthermore, sperm viability and organelle functionality showed a decrease after thawing, displaying highly significant differences between 0 and 2 hours post-thawing: YOPRO-1-/PI-, t(32) = 11.47, p<0.001; MT+, t(32) = 6.26, p<0.001; and PNA-, t(32) = 11.18, p<0.001 ( Table 2 ).
