The relative mRNA expression levels of the Vg gene showed markedly significant differences between the treatment groups and the control groups collected on the days 9 ( F = 156.06 6; df = 3, 11; P < 0.001), 18 ( F = 131.693; df = 3, 11; P < 0.001), 26 ( F = 257.967; df = 3, 11; P < 0.001) and 32 ( F = 376.706; df = 3, 11; P < 0.001).The Vg mRNA expression levels in insects treated with 60 μg/mL Vg protein were 27-, 51-, 6-, and 2.5-fold higher than those of control groups on days 9, 18, 26, and 32, respectively.

We found the following: (a) The effect of Virus was highly significant (P < 0.001, Greenhouse–Geisser test), with JCV and BLV having lower average PBA scores (Fig. 2 ); (b) The effect of HLA Class was also highly significant (P < 0.001, F-test), with HLA-I having 2.5 × higher scores than HLA-II (Fig. 3 A); and (c) the Virus x Class interaction term was also highly significant (P < 0.001, Greenhouse–Geisser test) (Fig. 3 B).

Furthermore, when examining CpG sites that were nominally significant (i.e., non-FDR-corrected p-value < 0.001) (n = 3612), we observed overlapping associations between individual PFAS and DNA methylation at 282 specific CpG sites.
For adults, there were significant or marginally significant positive biases in all distances (near: t (19) = 6.52, p < 0.001; middle: t (19) = 4.67, p < 0.001; far, t (22) = 1.96, p = 0.065), which suggests that adults tended to over-estimate finger positions.
This pattern is in agreement with the XRF data that show an increasing trend in the ratios of SiO 2 to Al 2 O 3 , from 5.1 ± 1.1 in the lower unit to 7.2 ± 1.3 in the upper unit (Mann-Whitney U test: P = 0.001) (Fig. 4 ).
“*” p < 0.05 was considered to indicate a statistically-significant difference, very significant at p < 0.01 and labeled with “**”, and extremely significant at p < 0.001 and labeled with “***”.
This trend is further supported by the highly significant Spearman rank correlation coefficients between test results and parasite burden and fibrosis score shown in Table 3 (p < 0.001 for all coefficients).
Bathing ability showed highly significant decline during this period (difference = 0.427, p < 0.001), representing one of the most pronounced single-transition deteriorations observed.
Patients receiving hydrocortisone showed a highly significant suppression of TNF-α in the PWM assay (Fig. 4A , p < 0.001) and IL-1β release in the LPS assay (Fig. 4B , p < 0.01).
At 20 μg MSC-EVs, proliferation increased 1.5-fold (p < 0.05), and highly significant changes (p < 0.001) were observed at 40 to 100 μg compared to the untreated control (Fig. 3A ).
Wearing a glove leads to a highly significant increase of force reduction from 61.6 N/s in the baseline condition to 89.5 N/s in the glove condition (PostHoc: t (21) = − 6.8, p < 0.001, d = − 1.5, BF 10 > 100).
The mixed ANOVA conducted on the N450 time window, revealed a highly significant main effect of Condition ( F (1, 45) = 39.71, p < 0.001) with a large effect size ( η 2 = 0.468), indicating larger amplitude for INHIB than INIT trials, and a significant main effect of Group ( F (1, 45) = 4.87, p < 0.05), with smaller effect size ( η 2 = 0.097), consisting of larger N450 amplitude for CTL than DEP participants.
Although the n number included in the training set (n = 44) and test set (n = 11) was limited, it was quite significant with AUC = 0.800 (95% CI 0.40–1.00, p < 0.001), sensitivity 1.00, and specificity 0.80 (Fig. 5 ).
