The SQI values in the AL_CF100, AL_CF80, and AL_CF60 treatments were significantly higher than that in the CF100 treatment ( p < 0.05), and the main effects of alfalfa green manure and chemical N fertilization on SQI were both highly significant ( p < 0.001).
Interaction Between Renal Function and Gal-3 Concentrations Gal-3 concentrations showed significant negative correlation with eGFR at admission (Spearman correlation coefficient, rho = −0.51; p < 0.001) ( Figure 2A ) with a significant trend ( p < 0.001) to increase with eGFR worsening ( Figure 2B ).
Statistical significance is denoted as follows: P < 0.05 for significant differences, P < 0.01 for highly significant differences, P < 0.001 for very highly significant differences, and “ns” for nonsignificant differences.
The overall model fit was highly significant [ F (4, 208) = 1933, P < 0.001], suggesting that these variables are strong predictors of pupil constriction amplitude after high luminance light exposure (Table 2 ).
This result shows a highly significant 84% reduction in transmission efficiency compared to the wild-type TNJ4 (23.6 ± 1.7%, P < 0.001).
Normalized sensitivity showed highly significant difference between the two SF conditions ( t (11) = −6.482, p < 0.001, Cohen ′ s d = −2.489).
Looking at the p -values of the regression features of our BL-sur-cos model, we observe that both cosine similarity and surprisal are statistically highly significant at p < 0.001 (for a complete analysis of regression features significance scores see Appendix 1 ).
Highly significant ( P < 0.001) correlations between treatments were observed for the length traits leaf length, plant height, root length and both ratio traits.
A visibility × delay repeated-measures ANOVA revealed a highly significant main effect for delay (F [2.199, 15.391] = 149.930, p < 0.001, η p 2 = .955), while neither visibility (F [ 1 , 7 ] = .118, p = 0.741, η p 2 = .017) nor interaction (F [2.874, 20.120] = .518, p = 0.667, η p 2 = .069) was significant.
Notably, ABL1, ALK, and BCR of BCR-ABL1 in leukemia and EML-ALK in lung cancer showed highly significant fold changes ( P < .001) in their cancer types, directly showing the impact of kinase fusion genes to enhance the oncogenic function of kinases.
For each unit increase in NLR, the risk of mortality increases by approximately 9.1% (Model 1), 9.8% (Model 2), and 15.0% (Model 3), all highly significant with P < 0.001.
Compared with BJT, the JST outpatient services had an increasing trend in inflation-adjusted per-visit healthcare charges (APC = 3.4%, P <0.001) and no DIT in inflation-adjusted per-visit medicine charges or physician workload ( P = 0.40 and P = 0.134, respectively), while the JST inpatient service had a decreasing trend in inflation-adjusted per-visit medicine-charges (APC = -5.2%, P = 0.015) and no DIT in inflation-adjusted per-visit healthcare charges or physician workload ( P = 0.831 and P = 0.295, respectively).
Figure 1 (see PDF) denotes highly significant decreases in the Plaque Index in both Group 1 (Cervitec® Plus) and Group 2 (diode laser) at one month (p < 0.001).
Furthermore, the pro-inflammatory marker S100A8 showed a substantial and highly significant difference between PCOS-Ln and PCOS-OW groups ( p < 0.001), highlighting its critical involvement in the obesity-related pathophysiology of PCOS (Fig. 6 E).
PCMV has a highly significant negative relation with weight gains from day 28 to 49 ( p < 0.001).
afterwards (post FDA: May 2014–April 2015) is highly significant ( p < 0.001).
Notably, the normal and osteoporotic groups consistently demonstrated the largest mean differences, with highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) observed across all variables.
Statistical analysis confirmed this trend with a highly significant difference between groups (Kruskal–Wallis test, Hc = 125.4, p < 0.001), and all pairwise comparisons were statistically significant (Mann–Whitney U test, p < 0.001) ( Table 4 ).
Although the total lymph node count was not a significant predictor (p=0.273), MLNR emerged as a highly significant factor in univariate analysis (p<0.001).
The database provides the following information: (i) In addition to all the GVs annotated in the NHGRI GWAS Catalog, we manually curated the GVs that are marginally significant ( P < 1.0 × 10 −3 ) collected from supplementary materials of each original publication.
