The baseline method ROTS that ignores longitudinal trends also performed well with an IQR mean pAUC of 0.941, while the difference to the best performing method RolDE was highly significant ( p < 10 −15 ).
ANOVA indicated that the overall regression model was highly significant (F = 699, p < 1 × 10−15).
A massive and highly significant ( p -value <10 −15 ) decrease of TAT expression is observed in tumors as compared to their adjacent tissue in most of the samples (87/112, median decreased of 20 fold, Fig. 6 ).
The Kruskal–Wallis test revealed a highly significant difference among groups ( H = 10,029.68, p < 1 × 10 −15 ).
Log-rank tests of both the P cohort versus the p cohort and the P cohort versus all deaths showed highly significant differences ( P <10 −15 and P <10 −6 , respectively), and the p cohort is also significantly different ( P =10 −3 ) from the cohort of all deaths.
The differences in the mean number of these alleles in each population were highly significant (ANOVA P value = 1×10 −15 ).
Analysis of the number of crystal packets among the studied species revealed highly significant differences in their frequency of occurrence (ANOVA, p < 10 − 15 ).
A multivariate test of differences between SLE and control subjects based on the first six PCs was highly significant (p < 10 −15 ), as was the test based on only the first PC (p < 10 −15 ).
In contrast, both adult studies showed highly significant (all P <10 −15 , matched-pair t -tests) reductions in spindle density (12% and 15% reductions in SHHS and MrOS, N =2,597 and 958, respectively), amplitude (5 and 12%) and duration (2 and 2%) across the ∼5-year period, consistent with the cross-sectional analyses.
Our analysis of first round data indicates that while there was considerable diversity in the raw scores provided by individual participants, the inter-rater concordance was substantial and statistically highly significant (Kendall’s W=0.150, p-value < 10 −15 ).
For extremely significant results (e.g., P < 1 × 10 −15 ), the software restricts output to 15 decimal places; in these cases, we report the smallest displayable value to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
The difference in LAMconcentration between the cases and controls was highly significant [ P < 1 × 10 −15 , n = 101, Wilcoxon signed-rank test; difference in location estimate, −247.318; 95% confidence interval (CI), −351.3 to 200.8; Fig. 3 ].
2 ), the global model was also highly significant (P < 10 −15 ) and explained 64.4% of the total deviance.
Additionally, the ANOVA for all three metrics showed extremely significant differences ( P < 1e-15, F-value > 100), indicating a statistically significant performance difference between GrainNet and YOLOv7.
Analyzing the AMΦ data with linear models to control for batch effects, we found a highly significant effect of CSE concentration (p < 10 −15 ) on phagocytosis.
We also found that the interaction term was highly significant ( P < 10 −15 ), indicating that the effect of the HULK genes on flowering time was non-additive (i.e. epistasis was apparent).
This association is highly significant ( p < 10 -15 ).
Not surprisingly, all pairs of correlations are highly significant with p -values < 10e-16 (alternative hypothesis: true correlation is not equal to 0).
There was a highly significant overlap of 502 differential interactions between replicates ( P < 10 −15 , odds ratio of 5.25 for 224 increased interactions and 9.96 for 278 decreased interactions) ( Fig. 2B ).
These values are consistent with previous measurements 11 , and while there is no statistical difference in rise if compared to vertebrate actin filaments (rise 27.5 Å, twist −166.6°), there is a statistically highly significant 0.6° difference in twist ( p- value < 10 −15 ).
This enrichment of accelerated blocks near duplicated genes is highly significant (FET: P < 1 × 10 −15 , OR = 8.41 [95% CI, 7.18–9.82]; see row one in table 3 ).
