Differences between populations accounted for only 6.96% of the variance, but was highly significant ( P < 1.0 * 10 −6 ).
The expression profiles of highly significant differentially expressed genes [pvalue < 10 -6 with a FDR (False Discovery Rate) of 1.48. 10 -4 ; n = 292] have been categorized using hierarchical clustering.

This reduction was highly significant according to both the paired t -test (t = 10.43, p < 0.000001) and the Wilcoxon test (Z ≈ −3.06, p = 0.00024).
However, substantial between-country variability was observed, with highly significant differences in seroprevalence rates among country–decade combinations (χ2 ≈ 58,742, df = 23, p < 0.000001).
Two SNPs on chromosome 5 and eight other SNPs on chromosome 12 were also associated with CIPN at a marginal significance level of p < 1.0 × 10 −6 .
We observed similar and highly significant shifts (p<.000001) to positive levels of coordination for both amygdala-cingulate and prefrontal cortex regions using MAS5-normalized data, as we did with GCRMA-normalized data (not shown).
This 47% reduction in the value of GEZI in T2D subjects relative to ND subjects was found to be highly significant ( p <10 –6 ) via a likelihood ratio test.
Among these, nfa23460 , nfa38830 , nfa43970 , and nfa9390 exhibited highly significant differences (P < 0.000001).
Separation among individual genomes into FREE and PATH distributions along the LDA axis was highly significant (p<10 –6 indicated by the gray box).
A Chi-square test showed these differences to be highly significant (χ 2 = 236.6; df = 17; p < 0.000001), confirming that germinated seeds are much more likely to occur on the side to which the ants do not have access.
This effect is small; on average people get about 6% faster and spend about 1% less time buzzing, but highly significant ( p <10 −6 for both metrics, t -test).
Primarily, statistical analysis of the raw Likert scale dataset (model 1) with the non-parametric Kruskall–Wallis test revealed that there were very highly significant differences between each product’s median values ( p < 10 −6 ), and these were in the rating order Homesta (4) > Shenglaite (1) > Kinreen (5) > Yzoe (2) > Truslite (3).
Among those metabolites, LysoPC (18:0/0:0), SM C24:0, PC O‐30:0, and dodecanoylcarnitine showed a highly significant increase ( p < 1 × 10 −6 ), while propenoylcarnitine showed a significant decrease ( p < 0.001) (Table S1 , Figure S3 ).
