Additionally, infertility showed a clear trend of increasing prevalence with rising BMI, reaching 38.5% in patients with BMI ≥ 30 kg/m 2 ( p = 0.00001) ( Table 3 ).

As expected, different subphyla harbor very different sets of TEs, as revealed by a highly significant interaction between taxonomic group and TE family ( F 38,1103 = 7.43, P < 0.00001).
In comparison between the same groups, the FS and FT of Cention N were statistically highly significant than GIC (Student’s t -test; P < 0.00001).
Gender differences in normal individuals Figure 1 A shows that there are no significant differences in QRS-amplitude sum in the six limb-leads between males and females ( P = 0.78), but there are highly significant differences in QRS-amplitude sum from the six chest-leads, with values in females being lower ( P = 0.00001).
Pre-saturation of EGFR on A431 cells with an excess of both non-labeled ZEGFR:2377 and cetuximab caused a highly significant (P<1×10 −5 ) reduction of 89 Zr-DFO-Z EGFR:2377 binding to the cells.
The production of potentially phased siRNAs alone is, however, not enough to class a locus as trans -acting so we concentrated on the 12 predicted highly significant loci with p values < 0.00001 and used the psRNATarget prediction tool [ 40 ] to identify potential targets for phased siRNAs (Table 2 , Additional File 6 ).
The increments in luciferase activity produced by the addition of increasing amounts of human rMCP-1 to antigen stimulated cells were significant for the allele 1G (ANOVA F = 10.23, p = 0.005) and highly significant for the allele 2G (ANOVA F = 172.3, p <0.00001).
However, the highly significant differences in sputum conversion ( P <0.00001) corresponded to only slight differences in the conversion rates (86.6% vs. 84.3%).
The forest plots reveal considerable heterogeneity among the included studies, as indicated by I 2 values of 99% and 98% and highly significant Chi 2 tests ( p < 0.00001).
Nevertheless, a highly significant correlation (Pearson’s correlation coefficient R = 0.968; p < 0.00001) is observed between the frequency of usage of an ataxin-3 amino acid site as a binding site in the two datasets.
A low but highly significant level of population differentiation was observed between the European-1 and -2 subclusters (F CT 0.018, P < 0.00001, Table 5 ); 59% of genetic distances between populations of the two subclusters were significant, but only 14% and 22% of the intracluster distances were significant.
Effect of SR on HR Figure 2 shows that the effect of SR is highly significant, although clinically small: 1.65 bpm [95%CI: 1.19, 2.11], p < 0.00001, random effect, or 1.40 bpm [95% CI: 1.05, 1.75], fixed effect.
Figure 7 a shows the relationship between LAI r and LAI-vc e by applying method (ii) with k r obtained by inverting Equation (7), which rendered highly significant statistical analysis ( Table 4 ) as expected ( R 2 = 0.94; b = 0.98; SEE = 0.71; RMSE = 0.15; p < 0.00001).
Because of the large number of samples, the comparisons gave highly significant results, typically with p < 0.00001 after Bonferroni correction. 2.6.4 Simple and complex extensions of spectral statistical parametric mapping (sSPM) In our more recent studies' we have standardized the frequency domain analysis.
As in the previous analysis the variable synchrony was highly significant [F(1,14) = 44.76, p = .00001], with stronger agreement after synchronous (7.10) than asynchronous training (2.99).
When the blind evaluator rated photos, there was a slightly smaller but still highly significant decrease in score (−1.1) from day 0 to day 360, t(36) = −10.712, p < .00001] with no significant decrease in effect from day 60 to day 360 in most patients as can be shown in Figures 2 – 4 below, with the minority of patients having minimal regression, Figures 5 – 7 .
However, the test results for subgroup differences were highly significant (Chi 2 = 49.43, df = 1, p < 0.00001), suggesting a strong gene–diet interaction.
For IL6 at the basal level the differences between S1L4 and N1L4 were highly significant (6.9-fold increase in N1L4; p < 0.00001).
The mean hemoglobin concentration showed a highly significant statistical difference in relation to the type of complications in severe malaria (p=0.00001); it was lowest in those with severe anemia (3.5 g/dL), increasing to 8.2 g/dL in cases of renal failure, to 9 and 9.1 g/dL respectively in hepatitis cases and in prostrated patients, and up to 11.4 and 11.6 g/dL in cerebral malaria and algid malaria patients, respectively ( Table 1 ).
As can be clearly seen, there was a highly significant reduction in paw withdrawal latency after the CCI ( P < 10 −5 ; ANOVA).
Both site model comparisons indicated a highly significant fit to the data ( p < 0.00001 for both M1a/M2a and M7/M8).
So, even at ages 70–79, a 2SD higher apoB/apoA 1 ratio was associated with a highly significant ( P < 0.00001) relative risk of 3.13.
The random-effects model is used for analysis, and the results showed that there was a highly significant statistical difference between the two groups ( z = 6.66, P < 0.00001).
