The recombination was highly significant with the A/D motif recombinants (p = 10 × 10 −6 ), the C/D motif recombinants (p = 6.5 × 10 −11 ), the B/D motif recombinants (p = 0.03), and the A/E motif recombinants (p = 0.007).
Excerpts
Reardon described bilateral involvement as a significant prognostic factor for a poorer 4-year PFS (p = 0.0016) and a highly significant factor for a poorer 4-year OS (p < 00001) ( Reardon et al., 1998 ).
All correlation coefficients between these two datasets were above 0.99 (Pearson’s r ) and highly significant with p < 1e-5.
This outcome yielded a highly significant P value of <.00001, as shown in Figure 2 .
The highly significant P-value (P < 0.00001) in our study suggests a non-random occurrence, further emphasizing the condition’s strong presence in the population under investigation.
The difference was statistically highly significant (p < 0.00001).
This difference is statistically highly significant (p < 0.00001, χ 2 -test, confidence interval: p < 0.05).
These differences in Tables 1 and 2 are extremely significant ( p < .00001 based on χ 2 ).
Importantly, this was supported by our data with a highly significant decrease in CSF acetylcholine levels (Figs. 2 , 3 , and Table 3 , 0.36-fold change, p <0.00001).
The advantage of KRR and KMER over RR is highly significant ( p = 1 × 10 −5 ; permutation testing), but the advantage of KMER over KRR is not significant ( p = 0.093).
In contrast, five of the 13 SCC control cases exhibited P63 positivity, demonstrating a highly significant association (p < 0.00001).
Correlation of CDX2 with clinicopathological parameters CDX2 expression was inversely associated with lymph node metastasis (high CDX2 expression was associated with decreased lymph node metastasis (RR=1.52, 95% CI: 1.29-1.79, P<0.00001) ( Figure 5 ) however, CDX2 expression was significantly higher in poorly differentiated gastric cancers (RR=1.52, 1.52; and significantly higher in well-differentiated and latent gastric cancers marginal significance compared with 95% CI: 1.22-1.87, P<0.00001) ( Figure 6 ) was observed (RR =0.82, 95%).CI =0.67-1.01, P=0.07) ( Figure 8 ).
There was a highly significant correlation in the methylation status of the MGMT promoter region and MGMT protein expression ( p < 0.00001, Fisher exact test).
A low but highly significant level of population differentiation was observed between the European-1 and -2 subclusters (F CT 0.018, P < 0.00001, Table 5 ); 59% of genetic distances between populations of the two subclusters were significant, but only 14% and 22% of the intracluster distances were significant.
4 A2 ) showed that the suppression is highly significant during the cue period (Z^ = −7.74, P < 0.00001).
1 , Supplementary Figure S1 ).The modules were numbered in increasing order from 1 to 30 according to scores of the clustering algorithm 15 (Supplementary Table S1 ); 1 is assigned to the module with the highest score (most densely connected to each other).Next, we assessed whether genes of the clustered terms are significantly interconnected in physical interactions by comparing each of 30 modules with randomly generated networks having the same gene number of the corresponding module and confirmed the highly significant inter-connectivity of them 12 (Supplementary Figure S2 , S3 , p < 0.00001), meaning that their components are not randomly distributed in the interactome.
The strongest structure was among all populations (F ST = 0.098), followed by differentiation among the two ecotypes (F CT = 0.068) and then differentiation among populations within ecotypes (F SC = 0.032), and all were highly significant (p < 10 −5 , Table 5 ).
The mean difference found in the forest plot was 3.28, with a confidence interval of 1.92 to 4.65, indicating a strong trend favoring Control, with very strong statistical significance (p<0.00001).
However, the differences in mean distances within the groups were highly significant ( F = 128.13, P = 0.00001) [ Table 5 ].
However, when we combined multiple studies of plasma t‐tau in our meta‐analysis, we observed a highly significant effect ( z = 4.69, p < 0.00001).
This is also exhibited by mostly negative differences between the single-cell volumes 60 and 2 min after their exposure to sucrose-water solutions ( Figure 5C ), which lead to highly significant differences ( p < 10 –5 ) when compared with the results of the corresponding Leibovitz-water solutions.
The test for overall effect showed a highly significant result ( Z = 4.74; p < 0.00001), indicating that fever was significantly more likely in individuals receiving VLA15 than those receiving placebo.
This was highly significant with a P = 0.00001.
This difference between TLE subtypes was highly significant (p < 10 −5 , randomization test).
These changes correspond to a highly significant ( t (44) = 5.10, p < 0.00001) decrease in average FA in the white matter between left thalamus and left IPL (Figure 2B ).
