In the simpler model without the interaction term, there was a highly significant effect of gender (beta = 49.5, 95% CI 26.7 to 72.3, p = 0.00004), but no significant effect of genotype on TGMV (beta = −1.973, 95% CI −19.4 to 15.4, p = 0.822).
Results The proportion of mothers not breastfeeding at four months of age showed a highly significant trend across the neighbourhood strata (p = 0.00004): from 16.3% (< 10% with low purchasing power) to 29.4% (≥ 30% with low purchasing power), yielding an OR of 2.24 (95% confidence interval: 1.45-3.16).
Of the remaining 55 CI users and 47 NH controls, we see a highly significant difference between p(McGurk) measures (t (81.0) = −4.9, p = 4 × 10 −5 , d = 0.24).

Thus, the statistical evaluation showed a much lower relapse rate in the group with uncomplicated UTIs in comparison to complicated or recurring UTIs for all three analyzed time periods, which was highly significant ( p = 0.00004).
A strong and highly significant positive correlation was also found between p-tau217 and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), a marker of cellular damage and systemic inflammation ( r = 0.595, p = 0.00004; Figure 3 B).
ANOVA demonstrated highly significant differences in the average volume per tree among the four formulas ( p value = 0.00004) for both standing tree and log volume, and further analysis using Tukey’s HSD indicated that the Quarter girth and form factor–based formula for standing trees differed significantly from the allometric equation for standing timber, while other formula combinations did not show significant differences.
In addition, no genotype x diagnosis interaction was exposed [ F (1,2, 112) = 0.389, p = 0.678], though there was a highly significant effect of diagnosis on the error rate [ F (1, 116) = 19.02, p = 0.00004] (Fig. 2 a).
