Although this difference is highly significant (p<0.0001, t = 4.6345, df = 1355, SE = 0.058), the degree of the difference in linear dimensions is relatively small ( Fig 18 ).

Overall, there was a highly significant skew toward sub-telomeric location for CNV genes compared with non-CNV genes ( p < 0.0001, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test; Figure 1B , Table 1 ).
Regression analysis of the cured percentage in untreated patients versus the odds ratio of the ten studies analyzed and presented in table S2, revealed a highly significant linear relationship (Spearman Rho = −0.842, adjusted R2 = 0.806, P<0.0001) indicating that centers with good surgical results do not benefit from pretreatment and centers with worse surgical results benefit most from pretreatment.
Furthermore, whereas the difference in the Kd for SUFU binding between mock-treated and ERK2-treated wild-type GLI1 was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), the difference between mock-treated and ERK2-treated GLI1 7A was not statistically significant ( P = 0.57).
Most notably, however, statistical analyses revealed a highly significant effect of extracellular calcium concentration on post‐hypoxic LTP such that higher levels of calcium produced enhanced potentiation ( F 2,29 = 18.023, P < 0.0001, ANOVA, Figure 8a,d ).
Combined South Asian meta-analysis revealed nominally significant association in six SNPs with MAF >5% ( P ≤ 10 −4 ), but only the two previously known SNPs in TCF7L2 and IGF2BP2 reached genome-wide significance ( Table 1 and Supplementary Table 8 ).
Change of methods in SA and CS With respect to the methods used in SA, we found a highly significant effect that the rate of intoxication-related SA significantly increased in adult patients during the pandemic (Pearson’s Chi-squared test, Chi 2 = 50.1, p < 0.0001; Table 2 ).
The ANOVA test revealed a highly significant difference in force measurements across the different models ( p < 0.0001).
Additionally, Cumulative Forest Plot showed a decreasing trend in the prevalence of Aeromonas infection in children with diarrhoea over time ( P = 0.0001).
Subgroup analysis Using ANOVA single-factor test (Kruskall-Wallis test), we have detected a significant trend in T3 alterations among the three subgroups of NTI patients and their controls (p < 0.0001).
The present work finds a moderate yet highly significant correlation (ρ = 0.47, p < 0.0001) between the intensity of taste and smell loss.
Growth Performance ANOVA analysis revealed a highly significant effect of treatment on average daily gain ( Figure 1 ; p < 0.0001).
In GAPDH highly significant differences between all pairwise tissue comparisons were observed (p<0.0001), which supports the decision to abandon it as a reference gene in our study.
For all results, the differences were considered significant when p < 0.05, and they were regarded as extremely significant when p < 0.0001 presented by * and ***, respectively.
Model 3 addressed questions three and four, and fits significantly better than model 2 (likelihood-ratio chi-square = 16855.689–16712.490 = 143.2, which on 9 degrees of freedom is highly significant, p<0.0001).
Interestingly, post hoc pairwise comparisons with Bonferroni correction returned a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) difference between the pure DMEM and each of the tested cell lines, showing that the sensor is capable of detecting adherent cells with respect to medium only, with the resonant frequency of the medium containing cancer cells being consistently lower than that of pure DMEM.
The difference between both conditions, however, proves to be highly significant ( p < 0.0001) with a higher average correlation length in the presence of fluid shear stress of 33.3 μm, compared to 24.1 μm in the case of no fluid flow.
For GF1 cells (Figure 3a ), the highest (M‐PM crystal, 1.236 ± 0.312) and the lowest (Therapon Transpa, 0.813 ± 0.160) relative cell viability were found within the group of milled resins, and their difference was highly significant ( p < .0001).
In terms of experiencing stigma related to having AIDS, 111 respondents rated their experiences during the AIDS pandemic as worse than during the COVID pandemic, 20 rated the two pandemics as similar, and only one said COVID was worse: a highly significant result ( p < 0.0001).
The results confirmed that the overall model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) for all catalysts and both dyes, 45 indicating that the selected variables strongly influenced degradation efficiency.
The analysis revealed a highly significant interaction between time and oxygen ( F (2,32) = 168.6, p < .0001).
The model is expressed by the following equation: Y = 30.166 + 1.04125A − 1.26875B − 0.24C − 1.55AB − 0.2075AC + 0.4575BC − 2.168A 2 − 4.998B 2 − 2.7405C 2 Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that the quadratic model was highly significant (F-value = 675.07, p < 0.0001; Table 8 ).
