Two-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant time × treatment interaction ( p < 0.0001), indicating that treatment effects were time-dependent. 2.3.
Excerpts
A highly significant positive correlation was observed between students’ knowledge, talent management competency, self-efficacy, satisfaction, and academic performance ( P ≤ 0.0001), indicating the effectiveness of the intervention in empowering future nurses.
These differences were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Significant (*), P < 0.05; very significant (**), P < 0.01; highly significant (***), P < 0.001; extremely significant (****), P < 0.0001; ns, not significant.
Among cases with mixed chimerism in the whole blood, as determined by PCR -based method, there was a highly significant positive correlation between the two methods (Pearson r = 0.651, p > 0.0001).
Interestingly, cytology parameters also showed highly significant differences between benign lesions and healthy controls (all p < 0.0001).
Finally, the interaction term (i.e., Extraversion × ISI category) was highly significant ( R 2 Change = 0.009, p < 0.0001), suggesting that the association between extraversion and suicidal ideation differed between those with high and low levels of insomnia, as predicted, even after controlling for depression and loneliness.
According to Salimetrics’ assay protocol 1 “the correlation between saliva and serum was highly significant, r (47) = 0.91, p < 0.0001” (p. 16), indicating that “salivary cortisol levels reliably estimate serum cortisol levels” (p. 3).
A similar pattern was observed for albumin levels, with no significant interaction ( p = 0.4109; ηp 2 = 0.030) and no effect of PA ( p = 0.6282; ηp 2 = 0.010), while HBO again demonstrated a highly significant main effect ( p < 0.0001; ηp 2 = 0.704).
Leaf Dip Assay There were no significant differences between insecticide and control treatments at 3 h in the leaf dip assay, although differences were highly significant by 24 h ( p < 0.0001), with mortalities of 70.5% for flupyradifurone and 63.5% for imidacloprid compared to 17.5% for the control ( Figure 3 ).
But given the number of phonemes presented to the participants, our results are highly significant: all p < 10−4.
The ANOVA analysis showed a highly significant difference (DF = 2, p < 0.0001) in mortality of D. opuntiae nymphs 4 days after the spray.
Concerning p -values, the results were highly significant for the protein when stored at 4 °C for all the tested conditions ( p -value < 0.0001), and significant when the protein was stored at −80 °C ( p -value < 0.05 and p -value < 0.01).
Changes in overall cell growth did not reach significance after ADAM10 single knockdown ( Figure 4 a,b) being, however, highly significant after ADAM17 knockdown ( p = 0.0001; Figure 4 c,d) and to a lesser extend also following ADAM10/17 double knockdown ( p = 0.0012 and p = 0.0027; Figure 4 e,f).
No correlations were found between SREBF2 and HMGCS1 , HMGCS2 ( Figures 2E, F ), or with PPARG ( Figure 2H ), but a highly significant correlation was found with PPARGC1A ( Figure 2G , P < 0.0001).
The correlations of divergence patterns between all three species are highly significant: S. intermedius — S. droebachiensis (rho = 0.719; P < 0.0001), S. intermedius — S. pallidus (rho = 0.657; P < 0.0001), and S. droebachiensis — S. pallidus (rho = 0.748; P < 0.0001).
Despite Fisher’s exact test showing a highly significant result ( p -value < 0.0001), the low phi coefficient suggests that this significance was likely due to the gender imbalance in the schizophrenia group, particularly the lower number of female participants.
RESULTS The regression of maximum lifespan on adult female body mass was highly significant ( R 2 = 0.59, F = 40.4, df = 1.28, p < .0001).
We found an increased frequency of heterozygous genotype and minor allele of the TLR4 rs4986790 SNP in women with OC compared with healthy controls, and this result remained highly significant after Bonferroni’s correction for multiple testing ( p < 0.0001).
The radiosensitizing effect of VE822, as quantitated by the dose modifying factor (DMF), was highly significant (P<0,0001) for ARID1A - cells but not for ARID1A competent cell lines ( Figure 1B ; Supplement Figure S1 and Table 1 ).
Statistical analyses revealed that this elevation was small (14.5 μg/g) but highly significant ( p -value < 0.0001).
For FLNA linkages to all three receptors in synaptosomes from AD versus age-, gender- and postmortem-interval-matched healthy control brain tissue, two-way ANOVAs showed highly significant main effects of diagnosis (CXCR4: F = 22.30, p < 0.0001; CD4: F = 188.52, p < 0.0001; CCR5: F = 179.43, p < 0.0001) and treatment (CXCR4: F = 44.39, p < 0.0001; CD4: F = 140.48, p < 0.0001; CCR5: F = 35.78, p < 0.0001) and a diagnosis–treatment interaction (CXCR4: F = 22.29, p < 0.0001; CD4: F = 109.68, p < 0.0001; CCR5: F = 79.78, p < 0.0001).
