PGV showed that all SD traits were highly significant ( P <0.0001, Table 1 ) across the O. glaberrima accessions, revealing that SD has a genetic basis.

Results showed that prescription of the characteristics in this study was as mentioned in [ Table 1 ], such as dietary habits, that is, consumption of fish, egg, chicken, and red meat more than once a week, deep-fried snacks, and Fruit lesser than once a time in a week, green leafy vegetable less than three times a day, and physical inactivity was highly significant ( P -value <0.0001).
These observations were quantitatively corroborated by fluorescence intensity analysis, which revealed a more than 3-fold increase in the FAM channel signal in chemoresistant U251 MG/TMZ cells compared to that in U251 cells, with highly significant statistical differences ( P < 0.0001, Fig. 5E ).
Differences between the challenge and control groups were considered statistically significant when the P-value was < 0.05, highly significant at P < 0.01, and extremely significant at P < 0.0001.
The statistical significance and adequacy of this quadratic model were confirmed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), as detailed in Table S3 , which showed a highly significant model ( P < 0.0001) and a non-significant lack of fit ( P = 0.3012).
Adding more biological replicates to the qPCR log 2 FC calculation decreased the correlation with the microarray log 2 FCs [ Supplementary Figure S2 (‘all samples’ linear regression model); r 2 = 0.703], but the linear regression model remained highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
In contrast, temperature and precipitation during this period revealed an increasing trend at mean rates of 0.39 ± 0.02 °C ( P < 0.0001, MK test, two-sided, n = 10,330; Fig. 1d ) and 0.51 ± 0.26 mm/day per decade ( P = 0.027, MK test, two-sided, n = 12,668; Fig. 1e ), respectively.
The overall neutrality test was highly significant for Fu’s Fs (Fs = 14.407, p < 0.0001) and also in CH (Fs = 8.772, p < 0.01), suggesting population expansion or directional selection.
A two-way ANOVA detected a highly significant effect of light on E PAR (F1,74= 132.20, p < 0.0001) and a significant species vs. light interaction (F3,74 = 9.71, p < 0.0001), while for the main effect of species no significant differences were detected ( p = 0.627).
Results: On subjective sleep quality 86.66% relief with P < 0.0001, on sleep latency 60.02% improvement with P < 0.0001, improvement in sleep duration was reported in 89.15% of patients with P < 0.0001 and improvement in sleep efficiency was reported in 90.14% of patients with statistically extremely significant P < 0.0001 were observed in combined therapy group ( Ksheera Bala Taila Brimhana Nasya along with oral administration of Ashwagandha root powder ) .
As presented in Table 2 and shown in Fig 2a , our results show a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001) between fixation counts on items that were answered incorrectly (29.07±21.71) and and those that were solved correctly (17.16±13.89).
The results showed that X 1 had an extremely significant effect on the performance of Au@AgNPs with P -value < 0.0001, X 2 and X 4 reached a significant level with P -value < 0.05, while X 3 , X 5 and X 6 had no significant effects on the performance of Au@AgNPs.
The CytOx kinetics measured with 1.128 mg/mL mitochondria showed that the differences between control and ADP, control and ATP, and ADP and ATP +RS ( Figure 3 A) were highly significant ( p ≤ 0.0001) according to a regular two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni Post hoc analysis.
The functionalization of AP chains with the aldehyde part leads to a highly significant decrease ( p < 0.0001) in surface roughness compared to unmodified AP.
The relative gray values between positive and negative samples exhibited a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001), and the ROC curves showed AUC values of 1 for each genotype ( Figure A–C).
The difference between these mean changes was highly significant (p < 10 −4 by resampling; Figure S3 A).
Mean pain score was 3.14+1.19 in plastibell device group and 5.18+1.22 in bone cutter method and this difference was statistically highly significant (p-value <0.0001).
As expected, lower vitamin D metabolites (1,25(OH)D and 25(OH)D) and higher PTH levels were observed, but a pronounced and highly significant increase in urinary BPA levels was noted in the vitamin D-deficient group (527.9 ± 1289.5 ng/dL vs 86.9 ± 116.8 ng/dL, P < 0.0001).
