Indeed, both tumour types showed highly significant retention of intron 8 sequences in association with rs700635[C] ( P = 8.3 × 10 −80 and 1.4 × 10 −34 for breast and prostate tumours, respectively; Supplementary Material, Fig.
In the whole dataset, eight highly significant recombination breakpoints were identified in the genomes of the four variants cited above ( p -values < 10 −79 , Table 4 ).
Statistical Significance of Circuit Category Effects One-way ANOVA on proof generation times across the seven non-ECDSA circuits reveals highly significant differences ( F = 355.0 , p < 10 − 79 ), with circuit type explaining 94.1% of variance ( η 2 = 0.941 ).
There was a highly significant overlap (p=1.2 × 10 -79 , n=113) between the differentially expressed genes from the two tissue types, indicating that the tissues respond to oncogenic Ras with both common and tissue-specific transcriptional responses.
As shown in Table 1 , the PGF levels are higher in the Denmark sample (median ± interquartile range, sd: 15.9±4.9 in Denmark vs 12.2±4.7 in Cilento) and the difference is highly significant (p = 3.9×10 −79 ) (see Figure 2 ), as assessed with a multivariate analysis taking into account the effect of age, sex, menstruation, and smoking and using the Cilento age-matched sample.
Furthermore, the overlap in hits between cell lines was highly significant ( p < 1e-78, hypergeometric test; Figure 3G ).
This result is highly significant, with P-value<10 −77 ; this p-value is calculated based on 10,000-time permutation evaluating the possibility that 66 out of 83 randomly selected regions overlap or contain with CpG island.
As additional validation supporting the role of myeloid-derived cells, and specifically monocytes, as a dominant contributor to plasma CyC levels, we found a significant positive correlation between blood monocyte counts and CyC residual in the UKB cohort ( Figure S4 B; multivariate regression), and two-sample Mendelian randomization using blood-derived CST3 eQTLs (eQTLGen 58 ) as exposure identified a highly significant positive association with CyC production (p = 6.13e−77; Figure 4 E).
Results for the theta band showed a highly significant association between the mean relevance of each brain region, and how their centrality changes in association with p-tau231 levels (rho = 0.499; p = 9.2 × 10 –77 ).
