For the SIADH/cancer subgroup, subjects on tolvaptan exhibited a highly significant improvement in this parameter ( P < 0.0001) relative to placebo to day 4 (5.0 vs. −0.3 mEq/mL) and to day 30 (6.9 vs. 1.0 mEq/L) (Fig. 2 ).
Excerpts
Analysis of all completers and withdrawals showed a strong trend over time ( p < 0.0001), and a difference in rate of change between groups (delayed-image: −0.50 kg, early-image: −0.27 kg, p = 0.0008).
Creatinine could not be used, given the highly significant association between urinary creatinine and BMI ( ρ =0·15; P <0·0001).
For both chromosome I and X , there was an extremely significant increase in the number of painted chromosomal segments between pre-meiotic nuclei and TZ-NF nuclei (p<0.0001), reflecting a substantial elongation of chromosome territories following meiotic entry.
This difference was highly significant with a large effect size ( t (119) = –5.6, p < 0.0001, d = 0.98).
All 4 SNPs showed a similar and highly significant (p-value < 0.0001) relationship between SNP count (0, 1, or 2) and bilirubin levels.
This analysis revealed a highly significant impact of the baseline value (p < 0.0001) and no impact for the group (p = 0.692).
This analysis showed an increasing trend for TPs using the filgrastim biosimilar (from 34.4% in July 2015 to 49.8% in June 2016; p < 0.0001) compared with a decreasing trend for TPs using lenograstim (from 22.6% in July 2015 to 12.3% in June 2016; p < 0.0001) and pegfilgrastim (from 26.8% in July 2015 to 20.6% in June 2016; p < 0.0001).
There were highly significant correlations ( r = 0.89, p < 10 –4 in Paris) and good intraclass correlation coefficients ( R = 0.89 in Paris) between the two series of values.
A one-way ANOVA of the number of tRNA genes against genome size was highly significant (F=774.9, P <0.0001, DF=1198; Fig. 1 ).
The differences between the component scores for the teachers and the MGH referents for PC1 and 2 were highly significant (p < 0.0001) by Wilcoxon rank-sum test.
This difference in the proportion of step vocalizations was highly significant (chi2 = 400.42, df = 1, p<0.0001).
There were highly significant positive correlations between DW and all genetic variation measures ( r = .729413, p < .0001, t = 6.3977), meaning that a high number of rare markers (high DW) were associated with high genetic variation.
In contrast, the MFI ratios were much higher for all eight components in the sensitized patients, and these were highly significant ( p < 0.0001) for all components against both the non‐atopic and the non‐sensitized groups (Figure 3 ). 3.4 Sensitivity and Specificity of CytoBas Compared to Serology for Allergen Sensitization Detection The diagnostic performance of the AeroDiff CytoBas was evaluated using receiver‐operating characteristic (ROC) analysis.
Results The mathematical model was highly significant when compared to a null model ( p < 0.0001). 97.3 % of the variation in water content can be explained by absolute T1 values.
All regressions were highly significant ( F -value = 352.31, and p -value < 0.0001 for CLD % and F -value = 276.91, and p -value < 0.0036 for TS), and also the R 2 coefficients were adequate (0.988 for CLD %, and 0.998 for TS), demonstrating the models are suitable for representing the responses.
A highly significant association was seen between early PSA recurrence and elevated ADAM15 expression ( Figure 4 A , P < .0001) in all tumors and also in subgroups of ERG fusion negative and positive cancers ( P < .0001, P = .0002); ( Figure 4 B and C).
When animals that received nerve injury or pharmacological block were pooled together (one-way ANOVA; F(3,60) = 7.3, p = 0.0003) the increased responsiveness reached significance already in the first protocol after deafferentation (Dunnett test; p = 0.0289), transiently lost significance in the second protocol (p = 0.12) and was again highly significant in the third protocol (p<0.0001).
The observed difference in transmission was highly significant, as shown by the transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) and combined TDT and sib TDT (S-TDT) analysis (p < 0.0001).
Moreover, we found a highly significant association between XBP1s and GCK levels in β‐cells of all subjects ( R 2 = 0.44, p < 0.0001, Figure 2C ).
The effect of sex was highly significant in each cohort (P < 0.0001 in each cohort), with females more active than males ( Table 3 ).
Furthermore, contingency analysis showed that there was a highly significant increase in TPβ expression between benign/BPH versus Gleason 3/4/5, Gleason 3 alone, and also Gleason 4/5 ( P < 0.0001, all; Table 1B ).
This difference in survival was highly significant (Gehan-Breslow-Wilcoxon p<0.0001).
Mean difference between postsurgery clinical versus postsurgery CBCT measurements was 0.93 mm which was statistically highly significant ( P < 0.0001), indicating underestimation of postsurgery clinical measurements compared to postsurgery CBCT measurements [ Table 2 ].
Our analyses identified the following variables as highly significant: “mean age,” “number of age groups”, and “data reporting quality” (all p < 0.0001). “Setting,” “disease classification,” and “number of diseases in the classification” were significant (0.01 < p ≤ 0.03), and “data collection period” and “data source” were non-significant.
