As the prevalence of ESBL went from 3.78% to 50.80%, it increased 13.4-fold between 2003-2005 and 2018-2019, thus amounting to a highly significant increase (p < 10-4).

Similarly, the comparison between 2020 and 2023 showed highly significant differences ( p < 0.0001).
From 6 DPI and beyond, P values were extremely significant ( P < 0.0001).
Furthermore, the results shown in Supplementary Table S2 revealed that for size, the Individual (ID) effect was highly significant at each DPI as evidenced by Goodall F test ( P < 0.0001).
This difference was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
At 3 months the Kruskal–Wallis test indicated a highly significant difference among treatment groups (Kruskal–Wallis H 3 = 23.42; 4 groups, n = 32, p < 0.0001).
No significant differences in total counts of recovered germinated 3-1E recombinant spores were observed among the tested recombinants, but a highly significant difference (P<0.0001) was found compared to EV control spores, as shown in Fig. 8 .
Interestingly, the highly significant increase in the expression of several genes of the HSPG biosynthetic machinery observed at 2 months was followed by a decrease at 4 months ( Figure 1d ) ( p < 0.0001).
In this prospective cohort study of 11 G-CSF mobilized allogeneic sibling donors, there was a highly significant rise in PB [CD34 + ] and [CD34 + CD38 – ] throughout day 4 ( P <0.0001), but no reductions in the morning of day 5, as might be expected with a circadian rhythm pattern.
At univariate analysis MS was strongly associated with education with a significant trend (chi square 23.5; p-value 0.0003) reaching a strongest positive association for university degree (OR 6.87; 95%CI 2.90–16.20; p-value < 0.0001); MS was also positively associated with history of mononucleosis and inversely associated with history of autoimmune diseases as reported in Table 2 .
Evaluation of Confidence Levels On comparing the confidence levels of participants before and after the training with the t-test, there was a highly significant improvement with p-value < 0.0001 across all nine aspects as depicted in Figure 2 .
There was an overall trend toward selection of quit dates earlier in the week (Sunday–Tuesday) compared to later in the week (Wednesday–Saturday) ( p < 0.0001); however, Thursdays did not significantly differ from Sundays–Tuesdays for quit date selection ( Fig. 3 ).
3.3.2 Second-stage analysis Table 3 confirms that the KMO measure exceeds the recommended threshold of 0.5 ( Hair et al., 2019 ), and sphericity test is highly significant (p-value < 0.0001).
There was a highly significant correlation ( p < 0.0001, correlation coefficient = 0.62) between the two scores.
3.4 Quantitative PCR confirmation of targeted RNA sequencing data Quantitative PCR confirmed the targeted RNA sequencing transcript expression results, with a highly significant correlation of P < 0.0001 (Figure 4 ).
As expected, the effect of glucose was highly significant (p<0.0001) while fluvastatin had no significant influence on EE (p=0.57); there was no significant interaction between glucose administration and fluvastatin (p=0.21) ( Figure 4A ).
3 F) demonstrate highly significant reductions in TRAF3IP2 (4IC SCR : 75 ± 1% vs. 4IC TRAF3IP2KD : 45 ± %), NAMPT (55 ± 1% vs. 10 ± %), and SIRT1 (65 ± % vs. 40 ± %); p < 0.0001.
Such models were highly significant (p < 0.0001) for determining TPC, TFC, ABTS, OH, and DPPH.
There was a highly significant positive linear relationship between overall basal area and large tree basal area (F 1,28 = 127.5, R 2 = 0.82, P < 0.0001).
The fat-graft group also showed highly significant differences when compared with the groups submitted to the sternocleidomastoid muscle flap ( p = 0.0001) and the platelet-rich fibrin gel techniques ( p = 0.016).
Prosocial Attitudes The effect of MSIS on prosocial attitudes, as investigated in 48 experiments, was highly significant ( g = 0.49, 95% CI [0.40; 0.57], z = 11.37, p < .0001; Figure 2 ).
However, hospitals in the highest PerCI quintile showed a higher incidence of late specialty palliative care consultations as compared with hospitals in the lowest quintile (highest, 2.8% vs lowest, 2.2%, with a significant trend across quintiles; P < .0001) ( Table 2 ).
Furthermore, the difference between the slopes obtained in the presence and absence of mixed external solutions was also extremely significant ( P < 0.0001).
For instance, decreasing the incubation temperature from 37 to 30°C or room temperature, had a highly significant effect on the total aerobic count for samples collected from the low care zone ( p < 0.0001).
A highly significant difference between the two groups was seen ( Q = 17.70, p < 0.0001).
