The analysis of variance (ANOVA) shown in Table 5 confirms that the developed quadratic model is highly significant for predicting size add-on (%), with a model F -value of 86.77 and a p -value < 0.0001, indicating an excellent fit of the response surface model to the experimental data.
When we focused on the distribution of genotypes containing the mutant alleles (DG+GG and RH+HH), we found highly significant differences between cases and controls ( χ 2 = 16.2, P < 0.0001 for TAP1 -rs1135216 and χ 2 = 4.5, P = 0.03 for PSMB9 -rs17587). 3.3.
Variance analyses (data not shown) confirmed great variability among RILs shown by highly significant values of F tests (F value 3.9, 2.4 and 1.82, p <0.0001 for dry and wet seasons and greenhouse experiments, respectively).
The effect of TYPE was highly significant (χ 2 (3) = 669, p < 0.0001), and the full model was strongly superior to the null (ΔAIC = –657).

Enrichment analysis of these null variants in heterozygosity against gnomAD-NFE revealed a marginally significant enrichment (OR, 2.39 [95% CI, 1.65–3.47], P <0.0001) that was not validated against internal controls (OR 1.34 95% CI, 0.74–2.42], P =0.337; Table S9 ), reinforcing our approach of treating cases with heterozygous null variants in TRIM63 as negative.

Differences between the two groups were highly significant (p<0.0001; unpaired T-test with Welch's correction), reflecting the recent and remote diversification histories of acute and chronic sequences, respectively.
Furthermore, the difference between the slopes obtained in the presence and absence of mixed external solutions was also extremely significant ( P < 0.0001).
In these samples, we previously reported a highly significant positive correlation between the 71A1/3D6 oligomer values and both total tau ( r = 0.71, * p < 0.0001; Fig 3A ) and phospho‐tau 181 ( r = 0.70, * p < 0.0001; Pearson correlation coefficients; Fig 3B ) and no significant correlation with Aβ1‐42 monomer levels (Fig 3C ). 21 A separate cohort of control CSFs from 40 young (mid‐30s), healthy control individuals was also assayed, and their CSF 71A1 oAβ levels were compared with the patients from the BWH MAC cohort after further stratification.
