A highly significant ( p < 0.0001) decrease from t0 to t1 was observed in: oxidized glutathione (−56% vs. −79%, Figure 2 A); oxidized Cys (−34% vs. −24%, Figure 2 B) and oxidized CysGly (−44% vs. −47%, Figure 2 C) for group GluReS compared to group GluS, respectively.
Combination of adipocytes and growth factors Cultures in minimal medium again showed a gradual decrease in CD34 + cell survival, however the addition of growth factors induced a highly significant ( p <0.0001) increase in the CD34 + cell proliferation, reaching a maximum at 2 weeks ( Fig. 3 ).

Using the same statistical procedure described for Figure 2 , this overlap between the experimental data and the theoretical prediction is highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
These results are further corroborated by a meta-analysis carried out by the Cholesterol Treatment Trialist’s Collaboration, in which more versus less intensive statin therapy was associated with a highly significant 15% (95% CI = 11 to 18; P <0.0001) further reduction in major vascular events [ 6 ].
The difference was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).

There was a trend for a relationship between advancing age and reductions in HOMA-IR (R 2 = 0.06; P = 0.09) ( Figure 5F ), with a highly significant correlation between HOMA-IR before RE-T and RE-T–induced reductions in HOMA-IR (R 2 = 0.34; P < 0.0001), irrespective of age.
Multiple regression analysis using these same co-variants was highly significant ( p < 0.0001; R 2 = 72.7%) with the main variants being nadir SCr >0.6 mg/dL [ p < 0.001; β coefficient: 1.38 (95% CI: 0.9 to 1.9)] and growth (current sds) [ p = 0.03; β coefficient: −0.13 (95% CI: −0.2 to −0.1)].
Two-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant main effect of diabetic status on muscle volume (F(1,34) = 119.04, p < 0.0001), with diabetes accounting for 74.08% of the total variance.
Results A highly significant association (p < 0.0001) was observed for joint space narrowing (JSN) as well as for osteophyte formation between the three groups.
Regarding schistosomiasis, cysteine peptidases, such as papain, Schistosoma mansoni cathepsin B1 (SmCB1) and cathepsin L3 (SmCL3) and Fasciola hepatica cathepsin L1 (FhCL1) do not induce allergic reactions in mice or hamsters and were shown instead to elicit reproducible and highly significant ( P < 0.0001) reduction of 50–65% in challenge S. mansoni and Schistosoma haematobium infection, via generation of polarized (papain, SmCL3, FhCL)- or predominant (SmCB1) type 2 responses involving release of TSLP, IL-4, IL-5, IL-13 and generation of IgG1 antibodies [24] , [25] , [26] , [27] , [28] .
