No significant correlation was found with Dukes' stage (P= 0.15), but a highly significant correlation was obtained with DNA index > 1.30 (P<0.0001) as well as 17p loss (P< 0.002). p53 content was also significantly different when it was compared to tumour site (P<0.03), with a considerably reduced incidence in the proximal colon (42.1% positive cases) compared to an average of 74.8% in the distal seg- ments. r- U- 0 30 60 FL2 b 0 30 60 FL2 C 0 30 60 FL2 Figure 4 p53/DNA FCM results for a tumour of the rectum (DNA index 1.15).
In addition, analysis of transcriptome data from human pancreatic cancer samples using the Bailey RNAseq dataset [ 15 ] revealed strong positive and highly significant pairwise expression correlations of these platelet-regulated genes (Supplementary Fig. 2 C; p < 0.0001 for all correlations except for EFEMP1).
conventional FA concentrations in 2 tables, about 2 findings of P = 0.05 and 0.5 finding of P = 0.01 can be expected there by chance alone, but our key findings are highly significant ( P <0.0001) and not vulnerable to Type-I errors (incorrectly rejecting the null hypothesis).
This difference was highly significant, t(70.14) = 4.04, p = .0001 (degrees of freedom using Satterthwaite’s correction for unequal variance).
The quadratic equation so obtained presented a highly significant effect (p < 0.0001) of the solid lipid, surfactant concentration, and sonication time on the PS values.
In total, 2 of 15 transient lineages carry longitudinally persistent and induced prophages, while 9 of 9 persistent lineages carry such prophages, and a Fisher’s exact test indicates a highly significant association between inducible phage and persistence of lineage ( P < .0001).
The first principal component (PC1) accounted for 31.2% of the variance and showed a highly significant age trend (p<0.0001) with an r value of −0.55.
One-way ANOVA analysis indicated a highly significant difference of ictal/interictal-like discharges before and after carbenoxolone perfusion (F = 36.48, p < 0.0001).
After changing to a higher dialysate K, the decrease in plasma K concentration after dialysis remained highly significant: from 4.59 (4.35–4.80) to 3.77 (3.26–4.07) mEq/L (P < 0.0001) 1 week after switching and from 4.80 (4.58–5.12) to 3.70 (3.36–4.25) mEq/L (P < 0.0001) 2 weeks after switching.

There was a significant trend ( P < 0.0001) for progression of hepatic disease from fibrosis to cirrhosis and eventually to HCC with increasing age ( P < 0.0001).
Furthermore, there is a marked difference in the prevalence of preterm births, particularly in the unspecified preterm category, with PDA patients showing a prevalence of 76.24% compared to 58.31% among non-PDA patients, underscored by a highly significant P < 0.0001.
By day 30, the DG exhibited characteristic features of granule cell dispersion (GCD), with loosening of the granule cell layer, blurring of the boundary between the granule cell layer and molecular layer, and expansion of granule cell distribution ( Figure 1 C), in line with previous observations in experimental and human TLE [ 46 , 47 ].Quantitative evaluation of NeuN immunofluorescence demonstrated a highly significant, progressive increase across the evaluated longitudinal time points from day 1 to day 30 post-modeling (One-way ANOVA, F (4, 10) = 2495.0, p < 0.0001).
