Administration of DOX alone (group III) caused a highly significant increase ( p < 0.0001) in the MDA level compared to the control group (group I); however, pre-treatment with cafestol (group IV) significantly ameliorated the increase in the MDA level ( Figure 3A ).
Excerpts
Differences between the two groups were highly significant (p<0.0001; unpaired T-test with Welch's correction), reflecting the recent and remote diversification histories of acute and chronic sequences, respectively.
Brood size is also a highly significant predictor of nestling mass, with larger broods containing lighter nestlings (-0.52 ± 0.09; F 1,456 = 35.93, P <0.0001).
Effect of temperature on yield traits The analysis of the variance (Table 4 ) showed that the variety had a very highly significant effect ( P ≤ 0.0001) on the days to 1% flowering, the days to 50% flowering, the days to maturity of grains, the width of grains, the weight of 1000 grains and the average yield per plant.
Such a difference is statistically highly significant (p < 0,0001), despite the small number of patients.
melanogaster males were used as focal males, there was again a highly significant effect of rival treatment on the subsequent mating duration of focal D. melanogaster males (KW χ 5 2 = 35.714 , p < .0001; Figure 2 c).
According to the ANOVA results, both models (TPC and TFC) were highly significant and attained low probability values ( p < 0.0001), which is supported by a high F-value of 76.82 and 136.61 for TPC and TFC, respectively.
Log-rank analysis of the all-cause morbidity in DIZE-treated males compared to vehicle control was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
This difference was highly significant (p < 10 −4 , Kolmogorov–Smirnov test).
Kaplan-Meier analysis was not possible in the 74 week group since no z_Q175 homozygous animals acquired the response within the available timeframe (also note the small n in this cohort) but analysis of the 53 week animals confirmed that there were highly significant differences amongst the groups, Logrank (Mantel-Cox) χ 2( 2 ) = 32.8, p < 0.0001 .
Generally, temperature linear terms (X 3 ) were highly significant ( p < 0.0001) for most responses, except for FRAP and cyanidin-3-rutinoside responses.
Most strikingly, we detected a highly significant positive relationship between thigh and pectoralis mitochondrial content (correlation coefficient 0.61; P <0.0001).
A highly significant effect of the concentration on taste ability was found for all taste qualities (sweet p < 0.0001, sour p < 0.0001, salty p = 0.0002 and bitter p < 0.0001).
Other covariates such as age, educational level, working status, participation in social activities, perceived health status, regular physical activities, and weight change of ≥5kg in the past year were also highly significant for both men and women ( p < 0.0001).
Results and Discussion The effect of species on the probability of thigmotropism was highly significant between fusarial isolates belonging to FSSC and FOSC (Odds ratio = 2.81, z = 14.634, p < 0.0001).
A significant trend over time was seen that less surgery was documented for mRCC patients (2000–2005, 80.5%; 2006–2014, 78.0%; 2015–2019, 69.4%; p > 0.0001).
Highly significant statistical differences were observed between the K β values of cholesterol-enriched and control samples (p < 0.0001), mimicking the trends observed with the exponent β.
All investigated traits had a highly significant effect on longevity (P < 0.0001).
Among LAC patients with additional tissue section available for next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based analysis, 26/193 (13.5%) patients found positive for even low-rate EGFR-T790M mutated alleles at baseline were associated with a highly significant lower survival in comparison to those without (8.7 vs. 47.4 months, p < 0.0001).
Similarly, GC2 cells exhibited a significant and dose-dependent reduction in sphere formation following treatment with pemigatinib, with both concentrations showing highly significant effects (**** p < 0.0001).
The Kaplan-Meier curve indicated that the difference between the high-and low-risk score subgroups was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) ( Figure 2F ).
Although the differences between the two sample groups are small in values for the normalized counts, the differences are statistically highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
This ratio at baseline was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) and was excellent to discriminate between responders (and prolonged PFS) and nonresponders (AUC = 1.0).
Although both populations were modest in size, these findings are unlikely to be false positives because ( a ) statistically significant associations were observed for multiple SNPs in the same gene, IL1RN, whereas no associations were found for SNPs in other genes; ( b ) a specific IL1RN haplotype was protective in two independent populations and with two different severity parameters; ( c ) in the combined dataset, associations with severity were highly significant (p<0.0001).
The association between wing and molecular markers, assessed for 1214 colonies from the M-lineage range, was highly significant but not strong (r = 0.31, p < 0.0001).
