The transition from uncomplicated to complicated diabetes remained highly significant ( p < .001, d = 0.802), indicating that complication development is accompanied by a substantial further acceleration in AGE accumulation (59.4% increase beyond uncomplicated T2DM).
Excerpts
Correlations between these different indicators of deprivation were highly significant (p<0.001, data not shown), except for two variables: unemployment allowance and forgoing healthcare.
Gal‐3 was positively correlated with phagocytic NADPH oxidase‐dependent superoxide production ( r =0.476; P <0.001; Figure 6 A), which remained highly significant after controlling for age and sex ( r =0.450; P <0.001; Table 3 ).
Interestingly, on measuring the fold change in β‐tubulin‐normalized IDO1 expression at 180 min., we found a highly significant decrease ( P < 0.001), particularly in the expression of the Y253E mutant – mimicking tyrosine phosphorylation in ITIM2 – relative to WT IDO1.
The mean CCT difference between the devices was highly significant, and their measurements were highly correlated (ICC = 0.90, P ≤ 0.001).
In women, we found a highly significant difference in hyperthyroidism prevalence: 11.89% in the HTLV-1 group and 1.85% in the control group ( p < 0.001).
The difference in cumulative yield between the normocalcemic and severe SCH groups was statistically significant ( p = 0.030), indicating that SCH negatively affects cumulative milk production, particularly in more severe cases. Multiparous cows produced significantly more milk (3,454.42 ± 114.84 kg) than second-parity (3,296.42 ± 128.19 kg) and first-parity cows (2,637.15 ± 121.14 kg), with a highly significant difference ( p < 0.001).
time point 2) confirmed that both effects were highly significant (ratio: F (2, 110) = 59.58, partial η 2 = .52, p <.001; time: F (1, 55) = 27.74, partial η 2 = .33, p <.001).
Specifically, chickens in footpad-inoculated Group A showed highly significant differences in BFW compared with the control group ( p < 0.001), followed by Groups B, E, and D, which also showed significant differences ( p < 0.01).
Noteworthy, we observed a highly significant inverse correlation between retinal arteriolar flicker response and ADMA levels (r = -0.531, p=0.001).
Long-term changes in iWUE and the effects of environmental variables on iWUE and ΔO 18 lw We observe an increasing trend in the iWUE of P. banksiana at all study sites: EST (slope = 0.45 μmol mol −1 year −1 , P < 0.001), ESB (slope = 0.682 μmol mol −1 year −1 , P < 0.001) and CLY (slope = 0.822 μmol mol −1 year −1 , P < 0.001) ( Figure 3c ).
Overall Model Highly significant ( P < 0.001), validating the collective predictive power of these variables (Table S5 ).
Unexpectedly, highly significant associations were also found for getting around indoors and feeding (p < .001), as well as for the IADL managing paperwork and finances (p < .001).
The total number of cases in each solar term across the two years was summed, and a chi-square test revealed a highly significant nonuniform distribution of cases across the solar terms (p<0.001).This study employs time series decomposition to break down the disease incidence sequence into three core components: the long-term trend component (T t , reflecting the baseline changes in incidence), the seasonal component (S t , characterizing the periodic fluctuations of the solar terms), and the residual component (R t , random noise).
There was a significant difference in mental well-being according to wealth quintile, with a positive trend for those in the highest wealth quantile (p-value <0.001).
The result obtained from the KMO = 0.852 and Bartlett’s test of sphericity is highly significant, p < 0.001. supports the applicability of factor analysis.
As for dog bites, a positive trend was also noted (r = 0.850, p < 0.001) (Fig. 2 ).
At the same time, the direct effect of the TyG index on arteriosclerosis remained highly significant (β = 0.085, P < 0.001), indicating that the TyG index itself has a considerable positive impact on the risk of arteriosclerosis, even without considering ABI levels.
Ceftriaxone, ceftazidime, linezolid, meropenem, tigecycline, vancomycin, and tazocin were the IV antibiotics administered in the preceding 3 months and their correlation to the study group (MDRO) was highly significant ( p < 0.001) when comparing to the control group ( Table 3 ).
When stratified by the region, there was a marginal significance between high pretreatment NLR and worse OS in the region of Asia (HR = 4.05, 95% CI 2.25–7.31; P < 0.001) and the regions of Europe and America (HR = 2.67, 95% CI 1.88–3.79, P < 0.001).
After adjustment, the effect size ( r = − 0.26, 95% CI = − 0.33 to − 0.19) showed minimal change from the original estimate (r = − 0.24), remaining highly significant ( p < 0.001).
The other participants all showed a highly significant VWFA cluster on a single-subject level (FWE-corrected p < 0.001) and positive beta values when extracting the mean beta value for the “words versus checkerboards” contrast from a VWFA mask based on literature (see Methods section and Supplemental Material Sect. 1 for a description of the literature-based mask).
