Biochemically, raised fasting glucose (≥100 mg/dL) occurred in 22 (68.8%), high triglycerides (≥150 mg/dL) in 26 (81.3%), low HDL cholesterol (<50 mg/dL) in 28 (87.5%), and elevated HOMA-IR (≥2.5) in 30 (93.8%) of those with MetS, all highly significant (p<0.001).

In relative terms, however, the most prominent and highly significant rise was observed at 2.0° with +9.6 % (p < 0.001).

There were highly significant ( p < 0.001) variations between genotypes, environments, and their interaction for all yield and yield-related traits studied.
However, group B had more participants experiencing moderate pain compared to group A, with a highly significant difference (P < 0.001).
Wound-healing was slowest in untreated group (A), showing the maximum diameter throughout the study period with wound closure 17.56% and 50.44% on day 5 and 10, respectively, while Group D, treated with commercial product, showed maximum healing of 49.1% and 95.3%, as shown in Figure 9 , which showed highly significant ( p < 0.001) results when compared to untreated groups, whereas Group C, treated with the CEO NFs, also showed better healing percentage (45.41 and 90.13) on the 5th and 10th day of treatment, which is more significantly different ( p < 0.01) from Group A, but less than that of the commercial product, as shown in Table 4 .
Similarly, the F-test demonstrates highly significant results for the chosen model ( p-value <0.001) and therefore, both models have a good fit, but the final is considered.
Level of significance: P > 0.05 - not significant, P < 0.05 -– significant, P < 0.01 - highly significant, and P < 0.001 is very highly significant.
This association was highly significant (p < 0.001).
Of particular importance, a strong, positive, and highly significant correlation persisted between IMWG response categories at 12 weeks and 24 weeks (Kendall’s tau-b = 0.627, P < 0.001; Spearman’s P = 0.678, P < 0.001), demonstrating that early treatment responses strongly predicted subsequent outcomes throughout the course of therapy.
These effects are usually highly significant (P < 0.001, see Figs 4 , 6 , 7 ).
After 24 months, study participants experienced a highly significant improvement in sleep quality, with the PSQ-3 score decreasing by a mean of 65.2%, corresponding to a mean value of 1.9 ± 0.2 cm ( P < 0.001).
The Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin test revealed sufficient sampling adequacy (0.791), and Bartlett’s test of sphericity was highly significant ( p < 0.001).
The significance levels from three-way ANOVA of algal species, treatment and season across the study were highly significant ( P < 0.001) for all interactions as well as all main effects (Table 2 ) showing that the effect of treatment varied significantly between the algal species and that this was further modified by the time of year the seaweeds were collected.
A moderate, highly significant negative correlation was observed between FLAIR and FA (ρ = −0.345, p < 0.001, R 2 = 0.170).
Blood transfusion was markedly significant in IPVE (4 units (0–27) vs. 2 units (0–14); p < 0.001).
Of these, 4 showed significant ( p ≤ 0.05) [ 18 , 25 , 45 , 58 ] and 4 showed highly significant improvements ( p ≤ 0.001) [ 20 , 21 , 30 , 56 ] after SB intervention.
Significance thresholds were defined at p < 0.05 (statistically significant), p < 0.01 (highly significant), and p < 0.001 (exceptionally significant), with p > 0.05 indicating non-significant differences.
A study examining the incidence of perineal trauma found rates of 7% in the occipito-posterior position compared to 1% in the occipito-anterior position, with the difference being highly significant ( p < 0.001) [ 19 ].
There was a significant trend in the RRs with worsening depression severity (Z: 24.0, p<0.001, 4 df), measured with the Cochran-Armitage test of trend.
However, Spearman rank correlation between the two sets of test results was highly significant ( p < 0.001; r = 0.7; 95% CL 0.6–0.9) (Figure 4 ).
The test statistic was highly significant ( P <.001), implying that the independent variables do have explanatory power.
Hence, a highly significant difference was observed between the expression of TFF3 in lung ADC and lung SCC ( P < 0.001).
Due to missing values of patients without a partner, this variable was adjusted by comparing its regression with the total model, which was highly significant (HR 2.66, 95% CI 2.14–3.31, p = 0.001).
