The serum-UA levels of mice in different treatment groups showed a decreasing trend after gavage administration, among which the positive control group and the HPO group showed excellent UA-lowering efficacy (*** p < 0.001); no statistically significant difference was observed in the comparison between the groups ( Figure 5 A).

In the gender subgroups, there was a decreasing trend in bone mineral density levels for both men [-0.017 (-0.026, -0.008), p = 0.001] and women [-0.012 (-0.024, -0.001), p < 0.074].

People living with HIV/AIDS with a history of surgery or blood donation showed a decreasing trend (Trend χ 2 = 42.881, P < 0.001).

The rate of HAIs (from 31.83 per 1000 patient-days in 2012 to 9.72 per 1000 patient-days in 2019) and the adjusted rate of HAIs (from 9.07 per 1000 patient-days in 2012 to 2.47 per 1000 patient-days in 2019) all showed a decreasing trend year-on-year from 2012 to 2019 ( P < .001; Table 1 ). 3.2.

In the ROI H/L hypo-/hyperdense artifacts, as the VMI keV increased in each group of CI/VMI (50–150 keV) and CI/VMI + O-MAR (50–150 keV), the AI values showed a decreasing trend, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001).

For instance, the estimates for the first cluster (intercept = 2330.26, slope = -128.2) reveal that the initial rate of urolithiasis in the countries including this cluster, Afghanistan, Andorra, and Comoros, has been 2330.26 per 100000 in 1990, and it has a decreasing trend with a slope of -128.2 until 2019, every two years ( P -value < 0.001).

Through trend test analysis, the clozapine serum concentration showed an increasing trend with increasing drug dose ( p < 0.001), and the C/D ratio showed a decreasing trend with increasing daily drug dose ( p < 0.001) (Table 3 ).

As a result, a decreasing trend of HVPG was observed with a more distal catheter position in the hepatic vein during pressure measurement ( p < 0.001) (Fig. 3 e).

In both non-ACLF and ACLF patients, the levels of ALT, AST, HGB, PLT, and ALB showed a decreasing trend ( P < 0.001) with underlying liver disease, namely, chronic hepatitis (CHAE, type A ACLF), compensated cirrhosis (LC-A, type B ACLF), and decompensated cirrhosis (LC-AD, type C ACLF; Tables 2 and 3 ).

Each of the study outcomes had a decreasing trend across the study period (ordinary least square P -value <.001).

Subjects in Group B also exhibited a decreasing trend in OS (HR: 2.56, 95% CI 1.44–4.56, p = 0.001), and their AUC value was 0.801 (Fig. 4 G, H).

Results In Brazil, over the 30-year period (1990–2019), leprosy incidence rates showed a decreasing trend, with an average annual percentage change drop of −1.1% per year ( P < 0.001) ( Fig. 1 ).

7 The incidence of ICC among Japanese women aged 20–29 years significantly increased during 1975–2011 (APC 5.9, 95% confidence interval [95%CI] 5.6 to 6.1, p < 0.001), in line with previous reports, 13 , 14 , 15 but converted to a decreasing trend from 8.0 to 2.8 (reduction rate 65.0%) during 2011–2020 (APC −13.5, 95%CI −11.9 to −14.5, p < 0.001).

This was primarily due to a decreasing trend among virtual behavioral health visits (−0.29 points per week, p < 0.001); virtual visits among medical specialties, primary care, and surgical specialties had stable trend lines over the study period.

Notably, the 30-day in-hospital mortality rate showed a decreasing trend from Q1 to Q3, but surprisingly, the mortality rate in Q4 rebounded, exceeding the level of Q3( P < 0.001).

coli isolates resistant to most of the antibiotic categories remained stable between 2015 and 2019, though a decreasing trend in the proportion of E. coli isolates resistant to fluoroquinolones (37.8–32.0%, p < 0.001) and aminoglycosides (15.6–11.9%, p = 0.002) was observed over time (Fig. 3 ).

In the Northeast, only São Luís - MA showed a decreasing trend (AAPC = -4.6%; 95%CI -6.8 to -2.4; p = 0.001) (Table 3 ).
