Results We observed a negative trend with no significant correlation between WSS (axial/circ) and ES AWS (Figure 1a,b ). 4D flow derived WSS depend on fluid profile (i.e. laminar flow, peak flow and mean velocity) while MRE derived AWS is dependent on frequency of excitation, hence significant correlation fails to exist due to different principles being involved.
39 , 40 In our stratified analysis-based folic acid level, we observed a negative trend between the level of homocysteine and those of vitamins D2 and D3 in Chinese T2DM, CVD, and hypertension patients, with the serum level of homocysteine decreasing as the levels of vitamins D2 and D3 increased (Table 6 ).
7 For example, a recent study of a British cohort showed that infant linear growth (ages 0–3 months) modestly improved prediction models of childhood adiposity, but the estimates were small and with a negative trend. 55 While, our findings showed that faster linear growth in infancy (0-24 months) has a weak but significant association with higher adult adiposity, a positive trend that contrasts with findings in children.
Unlike the clinical and ultrasound measures in Table 4 , the LMP/SFH regression model had a negative trend in the bias as shown in the Bland-Altman plot ( S3 Fig ), with a mean bias of 0 and 95% limits of agreement of (-17, 17) leading to a reduced sensitivity but increased specificity to predict PTB and a better overall performance as determined by the F-measure.
