Comparing the vessel density of the two groups by the glaucoma severity stage, there was a trend toward significance in the early glaucoma stage, with lower peripapillary vessel density in NTG eyes compared to POAG eyes at the same stage (P=0.058, 0.301 following adjustment for multiple comparisons).
