Further by heat map analysis, it was found that the relative abundance of Dialister and Bacteroides showed an increasing trend ( P < 0.05) in obesity and obesity-associated precocious puberty group compared to the control group, while the relative abundance of Bifidobacterium, Collinsella, and Romboutsia showed a decreasing trend ( P < 0.05), which suggested that these floras may be associated with both obesity and precocious puberty.
