In patients with the tacrolimus dose after conversion ≤4.0 mg/d, only one study reported eGFR, and eGFR exhibited an increasing trend after tacrolimus conversion compared to before conversion but did not reach statistical significance (MD (95% CI): 6.50 (0.10, 12.90) mL/min/1.73 m 2 , p = 0.05).
One limitation was sample size (n = 133); as such, some differences detected in this analysis—between proportions of rural communities with and without locally available midwifery care, and between predicted probabilities of not having locally available midwifery care—did not reach statistical significance at conventional levels ( P < .05), despite being potentially clinically and substantively important.

At KEGG Level 1, metabolism-related pathways were significantly upregulated, while environmental information processing pathways were decreased in the Mn group ( Figure D). At KEGG Level 3, PCoA analysis again showed distinct clustering between groups ( Figure E), although ANOSIM analysis did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.05).
T/F viruses with incompletely closed Envs were also more sensitive to sCD4, although this difference did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.05; Supplementary Fig. 3d ); and we observed a significant correlation between cold and sCD4 sensitivity ( P = 0.0005; Fig. 1f ).
While the interictal-preictal difference in RMSSD change did not reach statistical significance, the trend towards a greater increase in the non-motile group ( T = 2.0, P = 0.05) further supports the possibility that these seizures are preceded by autonomic profiles consistent with the interpretation of non-motile FS being similar to a freeze response.
