We observed a moderate and highly significant correlation between these values (R = −0.56, p=1.8e-5, n = 52 spines), further supporting the hypothesis that long spines are of weaker strength due in part to a smaller contribution of AMPARs.
As shown in Table S6 , using an alternative conformer seed produces no statistically significant change in hard-prediction metrics (ACC: t = −0.884, P = .427; MCC: t = −1.19, P = .301), but a highly significant decrease in AUROC ( t = −23.9, P = .0000181), with an overall prediction flip rate of 5.45%.
Among infected fish we observed a significant reduction in microbial richness (Chao1, P = 0.0136), raised diversity (Shannon, P < 7.86e-06) as well as highly significant destabilisation of microbial community composition (Pairwise Unifrac, beta-diversity, P < 1.86e-05; P = 0.0132) by comparison to controls.
3C ), we observed that palmitoleate (16:1), a major constituent of the glycerides in human adipose tissue that has been associated with increased insulin sensitivity ( 31 ), exhibited a highly significant change with CR (3.61-fold, P = 1.9 × 10 −5 ).
The 3′ UTR of HCOI00821400 showed a small (10.5%) but highly significant reduction ( p = 1.9E-5) in expression in the presence of the forward hco-miR-9551 , while there was no difference in expression for the 3′ UTRs of HCOI00084600 and HCOI01910900 when cells were transfected with the forward or reverse hco-miR-9551 .The mean of three experiments comparing expression in the presence of the forward hco-miR-9551 relative to the reverse is shown in Figure 7 .
This is a highly significant enrichment (p-value = 1.98e-5, hypergeometric test).
As a result, a significant difference between the prisms with and without cyanobacteria was detected (Figure 2) for bending tensile strength (t = 2.9717; p = 0.0180) and a highly significant difference for compressive strength (t = 5.75; p = 0.00002).
Compared with the CC-Random group ( Appendix A:Supporting Information S2 ), The relative matched frequency (RF) of the BFE-mRNA sequence was more obvious in these two regions, and the difference in RF at the 3’end was highly significant ( t -test, p < 0.00002).
This analysis indicates that the 33 genes identified in our study represent a highly significant level of overlap ( p < 0.00002).

Strikingly, ontological analysis established that six of the 17 CIS genes have transcription factor activity ( Nfia , Tead1 , Tgif2 , Nfib , Myt1l and L3mbtl4 ), a highly significant excess relative to expectation (FDR corrected p-value = 2×10 -5 ).
Interestingly, the rs3813065 SNP was associated with a highly significant difference in the expression of endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 2 ( ERAP2 ) in the HapMap cell lines derived from the African Yoruba population ( P = 2 × 10 −5 ).
This in-phase synchronicity was quantified by means of the synchrony index (SI), showing a highly significant difference (P < 0.00002) between PC-BK −/− (0.13 of ±0.04, n = 18) and PC-WT pairs (0.03 ± 0.02, n = 7).
However, the overall difference for these three genes is highly significant (Chi-squared test, P = 2e-5).
There was a highly significant effect of temperature on population size ( F 2,9 = 43.6, p = 0.00002), with the 30°C treatments having the highest numbers of adult moths and the two 33°C populations which persisted having the lowest.
In 1971, Pauling published a meta-analysis in which he showed that there was highly significant evidence from four placebo-controlled trials that vitamin C is beneficial against the common cold with p = 0.00002 ( 56 ), a conclusion that has since been corroborated in a large series of further randomized trials ( 57 , 58 ).
All model terms were highly significant ( p < 2e − 5), with acidic group count (nAcid) displaying the most significant effect ( p = 3.2e − 7) (Fig. 2 e), consistent with the group-wise investigation of LMs (Fig. 2 a).
